We stay at tiaraa the stay was amazing the food was good room was osm view from the room is too good staff was to polite specially thanks Miss Anushka & Mr Ankit

As soon as one land at thr property discomfort begins . There is no one at the lobby to help you disembark . One as to figure out where to park the vehicle and then carry the luggage to the reception area . Room is not at all what you see in pictures . Damp rooms with bathroom doors which do not close . All faucets are poorly fixed and leaky . Intercom does not work . We changed the room but to our surprise the next one was the same . Requested for soap which never arrived . Food was pathetic . On first night chicken was prepared on demand however just 4 small pieces of chicken in half kg onion which was awful. The staff says yes to everything but does not do anything . Most of the amenities are for pictorial purposes but are not functional . Unlike any decent property where a basic ice bucket is complimentary they charge Rs 118 for a mini ice bucket which was not even half full . Please book some where else , this one is a 2 star property at the best

The stay was good Rooms were big enough and the bathroom was clean, we liked the property but the service could have been better We face some problems like there was big monkey issue one of them got in our room also Secondly there was no hot water or may be some issue was particularly in our bathroom but we had to wait for more than half an hour and my toddler was in towel waiting to be bathed but no water. Finally there was playroom but no games and there was pool but no one was there to manage or clean it Other than that it was okay

Stay is so pleasing and the staff of hotel is so supportive and helpful, specially the reception manager. Had good experience.

We spent two nights at Tiara Lite, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable. The real standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Aarti from Food and Beverage Service was always prompt, courteous, and ensured that our dining needs were met. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made our meals even more enjoyable. Gajendra Bhandari, the Food and Beverage Manager, was very attentive and took the time to understand our preferences. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that our culinary experience was top-notch. Amar Singh also provided advice about nearby places, going above and beyond. Overall, we were impressed with Tiara Lite's commitment to excellence and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay The only thing they need improvement is in handling the sold out situation. Housekeeping service was poor.
