i had booked one super deluxe room and one deluxe room as we were accompanied by kids but after checking in late night the owner refused to give super deluxe saying we don't have any super deluxe room. we contacted the mmt team and the owner didn't pick up their phone and after several attempts and lot of word fight and mmt team interference he agreed to offer another room with mattresses. there was no other bed in the room. rooms were not clean and were smelling like anything. bathroom taps were broken and water was not there. rooms back door was not opening as handle was not there. overall pathetic and very non serious behaviour from the owner. no one should book this property as there is no family friendly environment.

Poor Stay

I got a good deal from mmt, this was quite cheap including breakfast, lunch & dinner. We reached at the resort in evening around 6:50, hence has no lunch. At the hotel reception the person started expressing his dissatisfaction that we got a very cheaper deal. Then he started negotiating on the dinner and breakfast that we will give you two items and we will reduce the quantity. Whatever he agreed was not given to us. In morning, again he was expressing his anger and was behaved in irritating manner. Many things can't be written in feedback. Also when we checked in, the bedsheet was not clean. On request it was changed. I will not recommend and prefer to book the property again.

Room was clean but other facility not good

No facility for inhousefood serving. Also, set top box not recharge. House keeping is good. Ample space for car parking.

No wifi, no tv, flush not working, bed sheets were unclean, clots were there, we were given a smaller room. For everything we had to call and ask every time. The hotel was not ready to welcome the guests.

The hotel is good & the facilities are best except for some amenities like wifi, soap etc. Otherwise location & moneywise hotel good. Food was very delicious
