The written amenities is not as mentioned in mm t app mmt should crosscheck every resorts before mentioned in the app otherwise it creates trust issue.

Room has smell of seepage. It was terrible. Property is not maintained at all. Very poor experience. Waste of money and time

This is a feedback about the tiger woods kanha resort and spa my stay at the resort was not good. I have rated it “2-bad”, due to the fact that i paid nearly rs. 6000- per day including taxes for a budget accommodation. Initially they gave me a damp roof with full of fungus. We almost got sick staying for a few minutes. Then they changed to a “better” room. But the ac in the room was not working. They sent somebody to repair at 10:00 pm. The ac compressor started working but there was no cooling. Room was shabby and smelling fungus and unhealthy to stay. The room service was also very poor due to lack of enough staff. An old crt tv was kept with very few channels available. No telephones in any rooms. An old wardrobe was kept, which was full of fungus and cannot be used, so practically there was no place to keep your clothes. The facilities shown are just on paper, in reality, they were not usable. There is an outdoor gym, which is so filthy and non-working equipment, and a library full of dust, etc. The swimming pool was also shabby with little cleaning being done. It looks like a cheap budget hotel.

It was a great stay, being off season it was closed, but manager mr. Sunil and attender krishna was kind enough to provide a comfortable stay for me. Room was clean and comfortable. I just loved it. Will come back again once open in oct 23.

Nice location, superb hospitality, tasty food, nice tour.

Service and food were excellent! rooms and facility were built to give a rustic feel with unique look. Now it will need a one round of maintenance to take it to superior level. Staff were excellent and always there to help. Both breakfast and dinner were awesome! next time will choose this resort again.

There was no hot water facility(geyser. No tv in the room. Fan no working. Terrible condition of ac.

Very good food in forest resort, very good Tiger safari in Kanha. Service is very good and gym and swimming pool is very good, will visit next time also.

Excellent stay in the natural environment of resort.

The actual facilities available to me was very different. The experience was far below expectations and this place was damn costly as compared to the service/facilities they provide. A lot of things which they promise, which can justify a higher price (like a fireplace in the room), were actually missing. Also, the food was pathetic.

Room were well cleaned, well maintained as well, the interior was fabulous a typical resort like ,, love the food, and breakfast was delicious too
