The property is located on the main city thoroughfare and also close to the beach. Rooms were specious, lavish and super comfortable. The food was amazing. It had a beautiful terrace lawn on the first floor. Staff were always helpful.

Rooms were comfortable but for the following 1. Floors of both rooms (111/112) were dusty as we entered 2. Bathroom in room 112 was stinking with bad foul smell.3. we asked for late check out for one room only since daughter was sick and response received was not proper. Hence we were forced to check out early and make alternative arrangements. 4. Car parking too small.

The hotel has not provided car parking at the hotel therefore we parked veh 2kms away from the hotel and room service was extremely delayed.

Extremely non cooperative staff, i believed the previous reviews. Don't know why, but our experience was horrible, totally unfriendly attitude by the staff made our stay horrible. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody

Great hotel with all the comforts and amenities of a 4 star like category hotel. The bathroom, bed, toiletries, towel etc are top notch. The staffs are very polite and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is awesome.

Location is good. Allepey beach is only 2km from hotel. Food variety is very limited. Parking space is too small. Room service is not available. Food is costly. Meals is not available at afternoon
