Location is good. infrastructure is good. Games are perfect. there's only one drawback and its that you won't able to play outdoor games without getting rackets on rent. Food is also good. Namak and Tikri restaurant both are very excellent and the staff is also kind.

familyWell made resort. Extremely poor service. We paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms. These tariffs are same as the best 5 star hotels anywhere in india. To start with, they kept goofing up with room service orders. They goofed up in restaurant breakfast orders. The aircon in the room made a lot of noise- room no 311. The washroom in the common lobby area opposite the restaurant had a foul stink. This is simply unacceptable at the price range. The management needs to have a serious relook at their staff and the level of service on offer - both in-room dining and restaurant.

Pathetic stay, not upto the mark

soloThey claim themselves as 4 star property and all but i’m surprised that basic requirements like water for shower was unavailable and they said some maintenance issue is there which can’t be digested. Also i asked for hard pillow thrice which after 1. 50 hours person came and said we don’t have hard pillow which is just terrible.

Good things: a peaceful place. Foods was tasty. Swimming pool water was clean. Room size was good. Staff behaviour was good. Some activities was free like table tennis, badminton, carrom, etc. Bad things: there was 3 virtual games here under which 2 was not working which was a bad thing. I want to try this vr games to my child. Third one was not comfortable for my 3 years child so i didn't try it. They forgot to serve welcome drink to us.
