No wifi. unresponsive caretaker. Multiple delays in checkin.

The location is great and the area is relatively quiet. However, the bed was uncomfortable due to a low-quality mattress that left me aching, and the pillows provided were flat. The smart TV also seemed to be poor quality—anything I tried to play kept freezing or displaying distorted visuals. Additionally, the AC was quite noisy.

Comfortable and clean apartment in Hiranandani. Perfect for my visit to Mumbai. It is fairly central and enables me to travel to our customer locations comfortably. The owner is responsive and the apartment has all the necessary facilities - water filter, utensils, and is well maintained and spotless. The location, close to D Mart makes it convenient to find eateries and there is the supermarket itself for any necessities.

Worst experience with this apartment. Unclean apartment given & they kept me waiting for 2hours due to non availability of apartments. Very unprofessional behaviour.

The property could be maintained much better. While the owner/caretaker is very helpful, they are quite strict about certain rules. I requested a change of towels on the second day, but was informed it’s chargeable — which I found unreasonable considering the room rate of ₹7000 + taxes per night. The apartment curtains are torn and not well maintained. The sofa cover was dirty, and the carpet in the living area was also quite unclean. Apart from that, the room itself was fine and well maintained, though it lacked a study table or lamp, which are usually available in other Regent Hills properties. Overall, the place has potential but needs better upkeep and a few more facilities to match the standards of similar properties in the area.

Good clean and comfortable stay. Timeless has become my regular stay for Mumbai stay. The host is vey helpful and just one message away.

Location and property both are awesome . The house was clean and well maintained. Host is only a phone or message away. For long work trips the stay is perfect.

The stay was very comfortable and checkin was systematic and hassle free without any intervention of owner required. The rooms were clean as per my expectation.The location is near to Galleria market area and Cafés like Aroma at walkable distance. The rooms were periodically cleaned as well. And there were new towels with extras. Fresh bed linen and pillows. They also provide extra pillows. The apartment has all utilities that your stay would require like microwave, washing machine, kettle, iron with iron board, cupboards, few utensils, refrigerator. They even have al OTT platforms logged in the TV, which I loved binging when I got time. I got the security refund in time. Also the owner is very sweet and understanding. Overall I would like to rate it 5/5 for ones looking for home-like stay.

The place is good, neat and clean, we'll maintained, bit compact though. Few suggestions: need curtain at the kitchen window please place dusbins in the hall and bedroom areas. Need more water bottles.

The stay was very good. The place was just like it is in the pictures. It was value for money. However the host did not give us rooms next to each other although we noticed that they could have. They simply wanted to trouble us.
