There was no room service, I stayed there for 4 days room was cleaned only once. Breakfast got over very quickly. Restaurant has very limited menu

Review: The place and ambiance are excellent — surrounded by nature and a refreshing cool breeze. The campfire experience was nice, although the loud songs they play can be a bit disturbing. The good thing is that the staff helps you connect your own device, so you can enjoy your own playlist — 90s Hindi songs fit the vibe perfectly! The stay and rooms were great — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. However, the major drawback is the food. The breakfast was poorly arranged and quite disappointing. Even the à la carte options were below average. The food lacked flavor completely — no salt, no spice, almost like hospital food. They really need to improve a lot in terms of taste and overall dining experience.

The rooms had a bad moist fungus odour. They did not serve welcome drinks. Wifi was patchy at best. There was no mobile network. All in all horrible experience after paying premium amount.

Compared to my previous stay in June last year the hotel has become less preferred for stay. Had to ask for every thing from welcome drink , to toilet items, to bed spreads, towels. I booked for 4 adults and 2 kids but had to remind them to add a cot multiple times. I checked in around 1 pm and got the extra cot around 10 pm though it was just outside the room. A service person setup the bed with wet spreadsheet. Kettle was not working they provided two kettles after to make to it work. The paints were fell off due to moisture. Morning breakfast is not worth the money. For /room avg. cost they should do better usually resorts provide omelet and masala dosa. The play area for kids last time had trampoline but this time they removed those. had indoor games chess, carom, and TT.

It was a terrible stay. Room was smelling. No one was picking up in reception whenever we called. Call to room service was not getting connected. Breakfast was very limited and whatever was there for breakfast did not taste well. The location is also not good.

Location is good and property is well maintained. Staff was cooperating and overall nice experience.

Cleaning was not there at all, despite we asked hotel management to do so

The rooms are not clean, stinks, patches in the wall, bedspread n pillows had hairs. The restaurant doesn't contain food other than fried rice n noodles. The restaurant is not clean, dirt is seen everywhere.Also in the activity area, they have only a few games which are all broken and not in use. Altogether it's a waste of money for a hotel with not much amenities and an uncleaned one.

The rooms were smelling because of dampness. these guys allow using guests to use the mic till 9:30, there was a lot of crowd and noise till night. only buffet was available at night costing 600 rs. only room service was good, other than that very avg hotel.

There are many positives in this Resort. The location, Service, Hygiene, Room width out door space, parking, room Service and even the food and it's taste. few concerns are like wifi is available only in common areas and also Food is too expensive.

The rooms walls were damp and there was damp smell in the room. Along with this the smell of naphthalene was coming from everywhere. We were not offered any welcome drinks which was part of the stay. Overall the experience was not good.

Rooms were good, we had opted for dinner inclusion with our stay which was tasty and as per our choice. Opted for Spa as well which was good but facilities in the spa room was not up to the mark.

The construction is suffering from paint quality and most of the place I see paint is peeling off and food taste and prices can be better. We had lunch just because we are not sure about our car parking in the resort and we stayed and had the food in the resort. Because the taste is very bad and not worthy for the price paid and not expected this in a 3 star hotel.

Excellent view from this place, Probably one of the best in yercaud. Enjoyed my stay here. Looking forward to visit again.

It was an great stay in TIO resort and we enjoyed a lot, complementary breakfast and dinner was top notch

The rooms were smelly and not well maintained. The superior room was chipping out from the walls. There were no towels or any amenities. The room had no refrigerator. This was not upto the 3 star hotel standard. Also loud music was being played from 6:30pm till 9PM

The property is in a stunning location. We stayed in the superior rooms and they were huge rooms. The location is a bit outside from the main road which makes it perfect. Campfire was organised in the evening. It’s a great place for the kids. The food is below average. The spread is very limited. That is the only drawback of this place.
