The cottages are well maintained and the ambience is outstanding. Excellent place to visit. The food is delicious and the staff are very courteous

Excellent location! The cottage was clean. Location was at highest point and all the touristy places were at walking distance.

The location of the hotel is good however there is poor house keeping of rooms. Washrooms cistern were leaking. In total poorly maintained.

Property location @ prime location in lansdown, You can see the Himalayan mountain from Tip Top, Milatary Musium, Bhulla Tal places are nearby. Food:- Good & Tasty Amenities:- Scope for improvement Services:- Super excellent

we stayed in a super deluxe cottage which was just superb .The location of the resort is Best in Landsdowne ,snow capped mountains can be seen from the resort , its well maintained flaura and flower pots are just too good , special mention for the gardener. The staff is very helpful and curtious. NEGATIVE is just the food and kitchen stuff , one should try outside options for a better experience.

Location - location is nice in all of the lansdowne. I would recommend to stay. From this place all visiting place is walkable distance around 2 km. Except tarkeshwar mahadev. Food - as standard amenities - wifi service is weak service - it is average. Staff is supporting but slow need to improvement - in cleanliness like tea cup and glass dining table. Outside people also came into resort this is also problem.

The room is very small according to the price and the complementary breakfast they offer does not even breads in it the games which they show on the application are not provided they say that pool table is broken bedsheet and blankets were torn. There is nothing which we can say is even good. They are overpriced with no proper service. Regretted every minute in that hotel

Ample space for relaxing, enjoying the sunrise and sunset, location wise good as it is next to tip in top point and has the same panoramic view. Decent food served. Can be improved in aspects of room maintenance and pricing, although when viewed writ the surrounding space and not just the room, pricing seems fine.

Some rooms offer better views of the mountains, so it’s worth asking for one if available. Service: The staff at GMVN Tip n Top Resort were courteous and attentive. While service could be a bit slow at times, particularly in the restaurant, the staff’s friendliness made up for it. The resort is beautiful and it is at the peak of the hill on which lansdwone is located. However the stay in the 'machan hut' was not a good experience. The machan huts are very old and the maintenance is not upto mark. The geyzers are old that trips frequently. Electrician visited two times to make it work. Although, the resort campus is beautiful and views from height are excellent. May try other accommodation in the resort except machan hut.

Good location with adequate parking and ev charging dock available. Near tourist attractions. Rooms are dated and require renovation and updation. Basic buffet breakfast, need to order ahead for lunch/dinner. Heaters could be provided in rooms during the cold months.

overall stay was very good,rooms properly managed and staff are very humble 👌 only concern is morning breakfast quality,variety and hygiene needs to be relook and improve in best possible manner. Nutshell it was very pleasant and good experience 😊

The gmvn tr h lansdowne property is situated at the highest point of the town where all the tourist points are at walking distance. The gmvn property is very beautiful and the views are awesome. We have enjoyed it a lot. 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated easily in a super delux hut/cottages. Sanjit kumar

Location of the room is pathetic. It's opposite the kitchen area full of noise. We could not sleep properly. Extra mattress provide by hotel is horrible. It was defective and older. Hotel staff was saying they have only this type of mattress. I am giving 3 only due to staff behaviour and location. But the stay was not comfortable
