TIPPYS BEACH RESORT

Good location. Room and washroom clean. Sea view rooms good for relaxation. Restaurant is mentioned in the amenities but not available. You have to rely on nearby restaurants. Basic options like tea etc should be provided twice a day and not just kettle service. Room service can be improved. Just one water bottle given in each room.

During our check-in, we found the hotel reception area in an unhygienic condition. The staff member at reception appeared unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality. When we requested an extra mattress, we were provided only a bedsheet instead of a proper mattress. This was very disappointing and does not match the standards expected from your property. We request you to look into this matter seriously and improve your service.

location is good but it is like home stay instead of resort. no lift, parking is bit away from hotel, no room service. overall cleanness was very good and sea view was nice. but lack basic amenities.

The location is terrible. After the main road ends You have to drag your luggage for about half kilometre through a three feet wide alley to reach this disappointing place. Neither the beach nor the light house were visible from the room as this piece of drama is surrounded by other hotels (of similar kind) from all sides. The room was ant infested. There is no room service, if you need anything, you have to go to the reception where the extremely rude staff of this hotel sits. I paid for this piece of garbage. It was a complete waste of money. Better stay in a hostel or lodge at much less expense if you are planning to book this hotel. On top of that, on both sides of Kovalam beach, two big drains of untreated waste from all the nearby hotels are flown into the sea which will make you cringe before stepping into the water.

Only good thibg is, the location is near kovalam beach. But, Parking is far away from hotel. No security No caretaker No help in night as they dont receive calls. No food available at property Lizards & mosquitoes in so called Delux rooms. Curtains are transparent, not couple friendly. All reviews are fake so it is above Star, but they dont deserve even 1 Star.

It was an awesome stay. It's a basic resort, but right on the beach and amazing service by the staff there. Highly recommended if you want to stay at the beach.

Location is near to the beach. Clean rooms but no restaurant in the hotel. No parking for cars and difficult to locate the hotel at night as you have to go by narrow lanes.

Great place to stay, walkable distance to kovalam beach, comfortable and cheaper stay. I stayed with family and easily reachable to kovalam lighthouse beach.

Hotel was average, rooms were also clean but their are no other service available. Hotel is very inside and no vehicle is allowed 200m before the hotel. If you want to stay with family this is not the place.

Neat and clean place, looks like a new property. No tv provided is a miss for the price paid. Located a little far away from the beach. Overall good experience not the best

Property, its services & amenities are good at t resort. Its walking distance to t beach & all the restaursnts & cafes are just few steps away. Dinner at santana & breakfast at germane bakery was awesome

The resort is super clean and hygienic. The sea view rooms are a real attraction. Absolutely a good stay for solo travellers. But their restaurant is on the sea side and so no food delivery is possible to the room.

The resort is less than 50m from the beach and light house. The caretaker has provided the room with beach view which is excellent during the evening sunset. The room is clean and tidy. Hot water is also provided. Although restaurant is not available nearby to the resort you can find the food and caretaker can give you directions for the same. Overall it is a wonderful stay at the resort. Recommended for all

Great stay......very humble staff ..... food is very nice.... Mr nazar is very generous person...... he arranged auto for us for site seeing and charges taken were Geneune.... room has nice balconey attached.....
