The staff was very cordial. Hotel premises was very neat and clean. The location of the TIRUPATI RESIDENCY is perfect surrounded by numerous eateries. Also the TIRUPATI RESIDENCY is well connected to prominent locations of surat. Overall, we had a safe and comfortable stay. Yes we also had an issue that is noise coming from outside is quite disturbing. Because one side of the TIRUPATI RESIDENCY is railway station and other side is bus stand. I think thats all.

It is a budget TIRUPATI RESIDENCY in 1st floor of the building. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is a bit old construction but you won't feel that much. This TIRUPATI RESIDENCY is at walking distance from Surat Railway station and on opposite side and one can easily find it. Staff was good and polite. We did not order food so no idea on quality of that. You can easily find multiple restaurant below the TIRUPATI RESIDENCY.

Good experience, polite and helpful TIRUPATI RESIDENCY staff, rooms (delux) are clean and well maintained just at railway station and bus stand, only issue could be a little noise due to nearness to railways and bus stand though i didn't face any issue. In toiletries, only shampoo are provided so make sure to buy some soap beforehand or ask TIRUPATI RESIDENCY staff to buy it for you.

I have recently travelled surat for examination. I found Tirupati Residency TIRUPATI RESIDENCY just outside of Surat railway station.I liked the staff and Reception Team. Stay was overall decent. Although there is scope for improvement.i.e WiFi is not available with Hotel.Since Internet is essential feature in today's world. Food serve was overall good.
