It is good for the money they charge and ideal for long stay, there is no AC room but it's manageable, the room I stayed is ok not so hot and no hot water this is also ok for Chennai temperature. Things to keep in mind is we should not expect any basic toiletries or towel as there is non. Lots of shops are around reachable in a walkable distance.

Clean rooms, good ambience, and budget friendly stay. Very adjacent to cm c hospital, hardly walking distance of 500 mtrs. Market is also very nearby. Separate common kitchen space also available if anyone looking to make their own food. 1st floor rooms are good, in comparison to ground as per my personal experience.

The room and the service provided was upto the mark and worth it for the money piad felt comfortable during the stay. Only the downside is a dustbin was not provided in the room which can be done to acheive the all requirements during the room stay rest things were comfortable.

Very very clean and comfortable stay in tkk residency. Staffs behaviour are really too good. All rooms have atom-berg remote controlled fan, smart tv with all channels over good speed wifi. Really very good stay within this price range.

Location is very good, 500m from CMC Vellore. The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. The manager was helpful, knows Bengali. There is only 1 shared kitchen though, and utensils are also shared.
