No hygein have to ask for the room cleaning service bathroom, washroom always dirty not a single day cleaning in 4 days of my stay curtines dirty terrible stay i will suggest not to book this dormitory stay

Ac was working, room was clean although curtains were dirty and bathroom and toilet were also clean, at that price you have to except few things as it is if you found broken

The toilets were pathetic, room was good

I booked for a single person room, and when i reach the spot they said it is not available so they gave me a 2 person sharing bed room. This is something very very bad. Curtains a re stain and extremely dirty! i will not come back to this property again

Room:the single private cabin room, while compact, was impressively designed to maximize space and functionality. The room featured a comfortable bed with clean, crisp linens, a small but practical desk for working or dining, and a personal television mounted on the wall. Despite the limited space, i never felt cramped. The lighting was soft and pleasant, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The cabin's ventilation and air conditioning were effective, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Storage space was minimal but sufficient for a short trip, with hooks and shelves available for organizing personal items. The room was impeccably clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained this high standard throughout my stay. Amenities:tokyo stay offers a range of amenities that significantly enhanced my experience. The shared bathrooms and showers were a short walk from my cabin and were always spotlessly clean. High-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels, were provided and replenished regularly. One of the highlights was the communal lounge area, which served as a great place to relax, meet other travelers, or catch up on some work. The lounge was equipped with comfortable seating, a selection of books and magazines, and even a small kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee. The free wi-fi throughout the hotel was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and plan my daily activities.

Have to ask for breakfast and cleaning multiple times to the staff available everyday. They don't do it voluntarily. Nonetheless, it is safe.

Wrong location not good for stay and worst maintenance. No proper response from reception
