The Tom's Hotel is in a excellent location. Close to many other Tom's Hotels, markets, bus stops, metro stops etc. The room I got was close to kitchen so always there was smell of food being cooked. The bathroom is also old but functional. The room is spacious but not adequately lit up. The TV connection is not proper always grains are filtering through. Hot water supply is not proper. The breakfast has no fixed menu. So don't know how much we can eat.

Good value for money lodging in central business district. It is located on Main Road, near to my training center. Room was average with few lights. Excellent service, best location for my requirements. Convenient location. Value for money .. Good but costly foods. Overall very nice Tom's Hotel. Excellent stay with family for 3 nights, room was clean, daily he keeping done well, peaceful environment, desk personnel jose and francis are helpful, room service is also prominent, restaurant is awesome with tasty manglorean cuisine, restaurant staffs are nice to serve u the best they have, central location of the Tom's Hotel is extra gain.

Room's are good. Breakfast is awesome. But need some extra low prize menu for dinner and Lunch. And need 1 free room cleaning service. Otherwise the Tom's Hotel is good for stay with family & friends. Hotel location is close to railway station & nearest market. The service was pretty good

Quite spacious room with good ventilation. Most of the famous location are near by. There is a MG road metro station in 15 minute walking distance. The restaurant serves great Mangalorian food. If you are fan of cricket, book this Tom's Hotel during the match schedule. It's quite near.

Its a good place to stay when your on a business meeting and stuffs like that. The location is quite good inorder to get transportation, the food there is not that bad. Good place to stay for short travels.

Doesn't look much from the outside but the staff are lovely, the room was spotless and the location was perfect. On top of all that it was a great price and the food was excellent. Perfect stay for us.

Initially I was given a dark room with no windows. I insisted for one and obliged. They have one of the finest food joints and non veg people will like that, unfortunately not me. The staff is good and helpful.

Definitely value for money considering it's location. The breakfast was OK and Joseph at the reception was really helpful. Good for business travellers on a short trip. Very noisy when you open the balcony and not many reconditioned rooms present.

It was a good stay, courtesy location and value for money. Staff and the management were very friendly and responsible throughout. Also I loved the biryani they served, combination of spices and tenderness of the meat was fantastic.

The room was nice and one special thing to mention is the restaurant which offers mangalore cuisine.
