We all enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were cozy and staff was helpful. My family felt comfortable and safe the entire time.

Room are very spacious and beds are highly comfy which provide optimum satisfaction. One should visit this place.

I was first assigned a non-vacant room No TV or AC remote provided. I had to demand for the AC remote, as fan was uselessly slow. Pillows were never provided, I had to fight for it Complimentary Breakfast was not provided on time, I had to fight Bed was nasty, my body is still in pain, past one week Cockroaches were wandering everywhere Reception phone was never answered Hotel rooms were being suitable only for one-night couples, both of them need to sign in their register. I went alone for the stay

Everything was spotless when we arrived. Our child felt safe and happy here. The bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep.

In that room door key was not working, service is very bad. wi Fi not working . I am very sock to seen this type of hotel.

Very dirty hotel, bed sheet pillow cover all dirty. They changed the sheet after complaint but still the bedsheet was dirty. Whole corridor smells like cigarette, disposable,.plastic all over the places. Checkin took more than 45 minutes,.felt like i am visiting govt office to do some paperwork.

Worst ever experience,no lights,no fans,no water,no bucket,no towelnothing and the room was also so dirty and unclean....

I had a terrible experience at Super Townhouse Ameerpet, Balkampet Road. The hotel was extremely unhygienic—dirty blankets, unclean pillows, and no proper lighting in the washroom. The room lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. I strongly do not recommend this place for business or professional travellers.

We had bad experience in this hotel , we stayed there for 4 days but not even once they have cleaned the room, the AC is not working and water will stop regularly and there is no hot water and also very ugly bed sheets, there is no staff available, even if you call them multiple times there is no response. You won’t find the hotel name that is there in the site

1. no water in Washroom - from night 2. ac not working - from the beginning and ceiling fan is also not available 3. bed- they attached twin bed joined,but I booked for queen 4. complimentary breakfast - they bought from outside and giving with bear hands there is no carry bag Or palte with it 5. linen - not fresh already used, smell , lots of dirty stains and hair on bed. 6. maintenance - terrible 7. I didn't get my room key for the entire stay 8. there is one window they took off and covered with curtains 9. wc lekage 10. there is nothing to say just don't go waste of your money.
