Super Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon

I had book the basic room as the deluxe one was not available. During check in I was told that since the basic rooms are full I will be upgraded to the deluxe one for one night. The room is awesome. Really spacious, well lit and very well designed. Double coat bed, 5 seater sofa set and a coffee table, a writing desk and chair. The room had enough space to play football. So huge it is. When I enquired whether I can continue the next day too in the same room by paying the additional amount. They said, yes and no extra payment. Awesome service. Loved it all together. The washroom too is spacious, stylishly made and kept tidy. Hats off to the reception staffs. Always had a smile on their face and ready to serve the customers. My first time here. Highly recommend this place. Will be back here soon. Will be here whenever in Mumbai.

It is located very near to Nesco Exhibition Centre Goregaon where some exhibitions keep going round the year. In Mumbai traveling is the biggest issue because of the traffic condition. So it is always suggested to stay as near as possible of the visiting place. The room service was a little slow, my be because our room was on the seventh floor. Otherwise the breakfast was good. All of all it was a nice stay.

The staff at the reception is good but the staff responsible for managing the in house restaurant is quite lazy as after multiple calls they brought up the cutlery. Also when we asked that what could be available for food they said anything would take a time span of 45 to 60 mins. That's too much. In all the Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon is good but restaurant is not worth it.

I always stay here in this Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon and I am coming back to this Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon because of the clean linen and the awesome staff. I would like recommend few names, Mr. Prakant, Mr. Vishnu they been helping me always going out of the way.

Overall stay experience is good. There was no any special food for kids. Dinner or lunch was too costly. Simple veg thali they charged per plate, however just opposite to OTH Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon there are 2 nice family veg and non veg restaurants with moderate rates.

I've been here twice but both the times I had quite challenging experience. The problem I faced was due to the dirty rooms. My usual stay is during the weekends and I feel that they run short on staff during the weekends which adversely affects consumer experience.

They had a water drainage problem on 08.12 evening. So I don't get my dinner even they denied to send a spoon and fork to me. On 9th morning breakfast was half hearted, no eggs, no milk, no Puri nothing. My experience compare to Kolkata stay is horrible.

Value for money place to stay. The sheets were not clean. The food was expensive slightly but tasty. Service is good. No toiletries. Bed sheets were not clean. So overall cleanliness of the Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon is a big?
