Super Townhouse Cherlapally Railway Station Hyderabad

one of the worst experience i had after booking. they won't provide single water bottle for free and while booking i paid extra for breakfast but they expect i wanted them to request to arrange food. they did not arrange even coffee.

Hotel clean ventilation good but hotel staff not cooperative. No water, no shops, slippers in the room, zero facilities.

Property is well maintained. Well behaved staff and good location. Only requirement is to have in-house food facility at least breakfast as outside it is unhygienic.

Neat and clean. Receptionist bro also took care very well. Overall very good

My stay at this property is satisfying. Received well and staff response is good . Need to look into toilet exhaust fan sound. Need to think on providing food as it is located in remote. Over all good

Being newly build property, hotel is good and clean but the service quality is poor. water not supplied, and most important don't include breakfast as they don't have kitchen in hotel.

Quite a new property, so good enough at a very cheap price. The hotel did not have restaurant so that was a turn off.

Location was ok, facilities wise room was good in size, bed was also ok but bathroom did not have towels napkin dettol or soap which is minimum that one can expect We included breakfast in package and what we discovered was they asked to eat at street side outlet with open to sky cooking:( worst experience really

The room and location are nice. Address is easy to be located, however, we booked the hotel with breakfast included, but the hotel booking voucher did not show the breakfast in it. I could see it in my booking and showed it to the hotel rep, however they denied BF because it is not showing up in their voucher. This is a very awkward situation and I spent almost 400 rs from my pocket for the breakfast for which I paid already making me pay twice for the same.
