I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Apart from that, the room was just average — definitely not worth the price, and the toilet was just basic and not well maintained. I won’t be coming back here, and I would not recommend this hotel. Very poor experience.

It has the best location... The room was ok. Food we didn't try as the locality has great restaurants. A lake is nearby to go for morning walks or evening time. Early check-in have a price to pay rs 750 for 2 hrs and 1000 for >2hrs .

IVY Residency was nothing like what was shown in the pictures — truly the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The blankets and pillows had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I had to spray perfume just to tolerate the smell. The toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages — even public restrooms would’ve been better maintained. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no dustbin in the room, and even bedbugs under the blanket. Since we checked in around 1 AM, we had no choice but to stay. Absolutely not recommended for anyone!

no restaurant. no complimentary break fast as advertised. AC and TV not working. poor response . worst experience.

No Drinking glasses were provided, even after request . AC was not working in one room. Soap and towel were provided only on request. Staff were not very helpful and they didn’t look professional.

They're collected extra cash for early check-in but they not provided a A/C room untill 2 o'clock. bathroom lock not working properly.Tv not working

The stay is average and still some maintenance works going on in the hotel. But the location is superb which actually helps us to reach the places. Unfortunately i checked out from the hotel

Stayed for a business trip, and the room was quiet and clean. The staff was good and professional.

Rooms are good. But for the bookings the hotel is not providing complimentary water bottle or any such things. If the hotel is not interested better mention in booking and also no complementary breakfast. Not worth for money.

Better option to stay. Room is clean but bathroom is so so. Service is easy and available. Hindi is not available as language

The team is friendly, and the corners are clean. Friendly and neat.

I have book double room they provide me twin room there is no response from hotel also not ready to help the issue there is no water bottle provide to the guest no room service. Worst experience.
