Loved staying here alone. The hotel was neat, staff was friendly, and it had a great vibe for solo travelers.

The bed was soft, the staff were nice, and I had no stress at all during my solo stay. Felt like home here.

The rooms are not clean and smells very bad and the service is not at all good. Flush is not working in the washroom

No towel in the room, no water in the room, no hot water arrangements, no tea, no breakfast facilities, no anything what ever you mentioned in hotel facility

There were no toiletries provided, the water connection was poor. We didn't had water on the last day. Staff was nice though. But facilities were none.

I have not allotted room receptionist tell me hotel are fully book soo i have stay another hotel this sarvice is not acceptable

The hotel's location was perfect for our stay, being within walking distance of key attractions, dining, and shopping. Our room offered a fantastic city view, and the staff provided helpful recommendations.

I had a terrible experience for my stay at townhouse 1014 de alphabet hotel. They do not provide basic amenities such as a towel, soap or even a bottle of water which is provided as a complimentary in every hotel. Also i did not get a single ounce of sleep in the night becuase of the mosquitos.

Propert location is traceable. Aminities r not up to the mark. And loft was not working we hoicked 6 floors to goto room

Worth the money and good experience the staff was also cooperative and i booked it on time according to that it was cheap

1. Lifts are too dangerous and also people not closing the lift doors properly and maintain for this 0. We have to intimate this situation not going to check what happen, waiting 45min and went to 2nd 3 floor to board. 2. Rooms maintance was dangerous, while entering too slippery. 3. Almaras i never seen this kind prior, too old and not to use total jun g inside almara. 4. Ac not working properly taking to switch on and too noise. 5. Please make it bold in washroom no water too slow, after you g washroom water floating there itself and exploded outside of the washroom from inside looks like pool. 6. No parking for 4wheelers.

Staff were helpful and allowed me to stay 45 mins more than the check out time. Location is very convenient for the us consulate visa process center. And coming to property room it has to improve cz bed sheet and pillow covers need to was correctly as i saw stains on them.

Room walls were very dirty. No proper services. Did not even provided a water bottle.
