It was all in all a good stay, but they didn't give us the free breakfast, and the checkout timing were also not flexible. All in all it was a good stay.

As per the website their was no TV in the room no drinking water and toilet looked like it has not been cleaned for months.

No water, non functional AC, poor room service. You have keep calling the room service but there is no response.

Nice location, everything is fine, AC running at maximum efficiency. Morning..... breakfast is very yummy and nice.

The room was terrible, it wasn't washed. The room phone didn't work. They did not provide towels, shampoo or soap. The room was unhygienic overall. I felt like throwing up. No proper service or response from the staffs.

It was clean, hygeine and good service. We regularly go to this place and most comfortable stay. Really happy

location is on the Main road. but very poor facilities. toilet was not in good condition . no tv, no towels, very few things mentioned in the property features are fulfilled including no breakfast.

#WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!Checkin was been denied at first and after the checkin process they made us to wait more than an hour, regarding the room VERY TERRIBLE,seems like never been cleaned or broomed since after the renovation,at first don’t know about when the renovation is happened or still is happening there...the floor skirts was totally broken.... we could find broken electrical panel and switches,frankly we were scared to turn on the switch. We booked room with breakfast but in the morning when we asked they replied in a way they don’t know us.... I never ever stayed in a property like this before. Actually room and the pictures showed don’t have any resemblances. NB: Athu oru kaliveedu,family could stay away.... njankalo pettu...

Dont book your room here. AC and TV was not working, no response from people. While booking showed complimentary breakfast , but there was no breakfast.

worst experience even though it's booked the room from. when I visit the reception, reception guy telling as rooms are not available he telling to come after 6:00PM

No proper response when ordered for water bottle and had to remind multiple times on call. Place looked to shady.
