The Townhouse Hadapsar Near Amanora Mall is okay if you are traveling to this location for business or work, but the service is really slow and everything has to be asked for 3 4 times then only it arrives, no assistance to take your luggage to room and same for checkout too, the tv and ac remote was missing, after numerous calls to reception, got ac remote but tv remote never arrived in my 2 days stay, the person at desk only kept telling me that the remote will be sent in 5 minutes but it never arrived, even for food orders, they take a long time, overall okayish experience, only good this is room was clean and bed linens were in top condition.

The room was clean and sanitized it had good facilities. The towel was given later. The washroom wasn't cleaned properly the shower handle did not function properly. The ac worked completely fine. The sheets were clean. The floor was clean and sanitized. Other than the washroom everything was decent. We didn't have food so can't comment.
The room was clean and sanitized the washroom could've been cleaned in a better way also there was no sanitizer kept in the room.

Location is ok, easily accessible. Room was clean and spacious. Toilets not so clean. Sitting position very close to wall, restricting movement. No toilet soap provided. The breakfast not provided in time. There was no choice. Mail y for south indians. At least one bottle of mineral water should have been supplied each day.

Kudos to the efficient service, particularly the quick and hassle-free check-in. The staff's efficiency made my arrival smooth, and the room was ready for immediate relaxation.

There is very slow room service, if we order food then always need to call again to reception to remind about other requirements. Still Weter never come on time

Conference and meeting hall with all the business facilities were there. I was very comfit-able there as i have got everything i need for my business metting.
