So the washroom was dirty, no towels and soap provided. AC not working and when informed hotel said it will not work. TV remote didn’t had battery. Water bottles not provided and one has to go down to fill bottle so if u dnt have bottle how to drink water. Food was provided so late that didn’t had breakfast as no buffet only they said they will send food in room but it never got delivered plus no room service. Pathetic hotel and pathetic service and please look into it as my money was wasted and due to too much crowd and I was not able to change hotel to.

The experience was average to good. The room provided was great. The staff was helpful and polite too. The only problem that I faced is that the elevator was not functioning for the entirety of my stay of 3 nights. Overall, I would have no problem in recommending the property. Good stay in all

The lift was not working even though the property had 6 floors for which lift is bare minimum to ask. The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

worst service ever the room was very dirty with cockroaches around and there was water available. they didn't provide anything. there was not even a water cooler available and the receptionist was terrible, he yelled at our friends, just for being there for 10 mins for some work. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Condition of hotel is very very poor. Bathroom condition pathetic. No hotwater provision. Rooms full of cockroach. Not ablevto sleep.

This is for the first time i had such terrible situation while my stay , i belive we go to hotel for relaxation, i had asked them for room cleaning they haven’t did ,i slept 3 days on the same bed sheet , i had to bring small things by my own like glass and plate , not hygiene and all . Overall very bad

People working here really understand families. Kids were comfortable and we felt welcome from day one.
