ac was not working, their workers told ac will never work they will give just excuse . very rude behaviour of staffs , very dirty washroom, towels , bed sheet so please never stay to this hotel . you will get better hotel even with the price

Very bad experience

1: Ac was not working 2: in the washroom commode doesn’t have upper seat. 3: full mattress was full of bedbugs, my friends back side got infected , rashes started, I was scared.

I loved everything. When renting a room, you want to find a comfortable bed. Thankfully, the room here had extremely fine furniture, including the bed and dining area.

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Upon entering the room, i was hit by the worst smell imaginable. It reeked of mildew and something foul. To make matters worse, i found cockroaches scurrying around, and there were disgusting stains on the bed. The sheets were not only stained but also had hair on them, indicating they hadn't been changed or cleaned properly. The washroom was another horror story. It was filthy, with grime and dirt in every corner. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and rude, showing a complete lack of concern for the guests' comfort or issues. We didn't even stay there. We checked in, took one look at the room, and immediately booked another hotel. We left as quickly as possible. This was the worst hotel experience i've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

It was too bad, washroom was not gud even the accessories in washrooms was bad n dirty, ac was not working, bed is not gud to sleep, it was too bad experience.

Bed & toilet was horrible. Ac was making a noise of loud speaker. Fan was running at high speed, couldnt change speed. Door lock was not proper. 100% not fit for family. Not good for a business traveler too. I couldnt sleep well at all. Bed bugs all over.

Ac doesn’t work. And when informed they won’t even check. Stinking rooms. Bathrooms are never cleaned. Food is even terrible.

The worst hotel i have even seen, even cockroaches were roaming in the room. And room size is low minimum. And also ac don't work when i ask management they told me there is fan why do you need ac. And even they started yelling on me.
