There are no property this is a fraud i go there there have a hotel with other name they said this property not exis

When i reached hotel the property manager denied my booking whereas i have prepaid the booking of rs. 1100-. Me and my daughter, two ladies were travel-ling all the way from terminal 3 delhi to this property with the assurance that i have paid, we will check in. Loss of 1100- something as well as time and energy. We were cheated by.

I had paid full amount in make my trip app booking, later after reaching the hotel they have taken 500 rs extra eventhough the booking shows for customer its paid no balance, and even breakfast mentioned and not been offered breakfast as shown in booking recepit.

Check in denied by hotel with reason stating that there is no hotel. I already raised a complaint to refund my amount.

The owner & the hotel is not available now but qotel hotel & banquets is taking the booking. Auto taxi wala misguided because the name of yoyo hotel is not available. The second point is that they have changed 2500- extra one day charged extra from me. So pols don't book the hotel which is not available. Very very bad experience

This is the worst stay of my whole life. It look like i've rented a jhuggi. There was no ac working. Bedsheet, blanket & pillow was looks decade old. Also not cleaned properly. Lack of water in toilet. There was no lock available in toilet. I requested to get my money back and i wanted to stay in other hotel but they denied clearly also it was 11pm so i was unable to find other hotel nearby.
