The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning

The rooms are not as shown in the pictures they were completely different dirty and very low standard,

The staff members was very polite. The room was good enough to stay and hygienic too. Overall a good experience, make a good choice to stay here

very worst oyo hotel. not suitable for family booked 3 rooms for 8 persons at Rs 4301 in breakfast included. refused to give breakfast and refunded 300 rs in behalf of breakfast offer. very untidy and unhygienic. it is used for anti social activities.

There was no issues with the hygiene and food but i had very bad experience in my whole life. I asked for the outer bill but the great receptionist denied saying please download from mmt.

Horrible experience. 59 rs tea - pathetic menu card was dipped in oil as we have to taste first before ordering. Reception person hung up the call, always have to go to reception for water or towel no one came for room service rooms were too nois, i recorded one audio "songs played during party in hall" music was too loud at 11:00 pm that no one can sleep. Pathetic worst waste of money. Never book this property.

I would give a 3 ratings against my stay in the hotel. Major challenge faced of water shortage in morning hours and max time gyser were not working. I had taken bath via using cold water in dc winters. Regards saurabh sharma

A lot of improvement is required, regarding the rooms. Cleanliness, clean bath towel etc. Location wise it was good for us.

It's been a terrible experience i have experienced so far in any accommodation, very poor quality of food and snacks seem like ordering from outside, room ambience was too much irritative, and staff behaviour, i can't explain. Don't come if you want a pleasant stay

My experience at the hotel was not good. I asked for towel and soap at the check in time but there was no response later in the morning even after reminding 2-3 times then they provided the same. Staffs were not co operative.

The room that I have booked is in different property and the room that was provided to me was in different property rooms were unhygienic

Very bad

Hotel denied stay even after confirmed booking. Customer care was difficult to contact and provide alternate option. Have claimed my insurance. Waiting for action from insurer.

Never ever book this hotel. They made us shift to another hotel at 11PM. They kept phone switched off and when asked they say customer call alot and hence we do not answer. owner was also least interested in talking to customers complaint.

The location which is provided is not correct as the location ends at hotell allahabad regency and coming down to hygiene i did not find the property worth even sleeping or staying. Beds were having spots wall having spots washroom completely smelling out like its local public washroom no towel no bath soaps nothing provided. Even for a water bottle they were charging they provided nothing completely nothing.

Rated 1 star because of..1- they denied to provide room inspite of full paid , they told me no room available (timing of check in is 5pm), they waited me more 1hr.. after taking help of customer care help they provided room.2- broken lock of washroom , No toiletries was there.3- No housekeeping services.. no drinking water provided.4- staff are so rude & specially a lady at reception..even don't know how to talk with customers.5- No exhaust, dirty room.. totally bakwas hotel n worst experience I have ever stay in hotel.

when i was check-in, i had face many problems and i waited approx 30-35 minutes on reception of hotel and receptionist had demand for extra money, he was not ready for booking hotel ...he said to me that the booking id is not match which is provided .so i was feel very discomfort from booking😞😞

Nice and cozy rooms. Rooms were cleaned properly, overall the service was good.
