There is a water issue in the birthroom.room service is very slow and needs to be more improvement.and last food was pathetic

I went to check in at 8 pm but I was given a room at 9 pm.Lots of mosquitoes, no such dirty facilities in the room, no room service facilities There are no towels or soap in the bathroom.I am continuously calling. There is a class in the relationship for water bottles. After an hour and a half, I received your water bottle but did not receive the glass.

Room was very unhygienic and dirty.

the room quality is not good, not sanitization not good having awkward smell they have no room freshener.

It is not value for money.. we are waiting 2 hours to get the rooms at 2 PM. Rooms are not clean and also water is not flowing properly in washroom.. I am not recommending this

I have talked to the customer support about cancelling one booking and to keep the other one. mistakenly I made the bookings twice. that support just mailed me about doing something about that and never called me back. I have only checked in on my single booking not two. kindly refund the amount or extend my stay for two more days.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was filling, and the people were amazing. They made us feel happy and refreshed.

I stayed from 18th May to 23rd noon. housekeeping was terrible. In the whole stay only once housekeeping was done that also after requesting. even lift was too smelly and uncleaned. fan inside lift was not working too. no proper ventilation in room which made the room foul smell. restaurant was closed for some modifications. reception landline was not working. out of 6days stay tv was working only for 2days. whenever u ask about that some work is going on they replied. but never saw anyone working on it. It is a hotel worth recommending. I found very comfortable to stay here. Hotel staff was very responsive and quick. Overall, an excellent place.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The room was tidy, peaceful, and free from any disturbances.

My room was very clean and everything felt organized. I had no trouble settling in and getting a full night of rest.
