The hotel was horrible, lil i book hotel online due to good photos of property , but in real condition is horrible, there is no one single person available to check in

The hotel is in renovations. There is no electricity. very bad experience. MakeMyTrip doesn't know about the renovation

It was good I liked it although the construction was going onn so that was one off a thing which I would req you to reconsider

No hot water in the room was no response when asked for it no amenities in the room at-least keep one soup

Room is not clean ... Service was poor No one was attending the counter food is horrible ... And also the geyser was not working

No service at reception for late check in. care takers preferred their sleep over guests problem/concern and MMT ignored the complaints for this

Bedsheets and blankets were not clean, I asked to change them, they said they don't have any more. They didn't provide towels the first day because again they didn't have any. The manager or anyone else was not present at the desk and was not even picking calls when we needed something. The bathroom was not smelling, so we asked them to clean it, the service boy sprayed a room freshener and left. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are pretty but it is terribly maintained. No cleanliness or hygiene, no maintenance and no proper services were given.

I did 2 days booking in this hotel and prior one day i inform them that i will check in at 5am at 2nd jan but during my visit on 2nd jan 5am, hotel reception did't reply to calls and even not open the door of hotel perhaps they agreed on 1st jan that they will available. Now, this is purposely fraudulent business practice.

The property is in terrible condition, far below any acceptable standards. Previously managed by Townhouse and Fab Hotels, At the reception, two individuals were managing the hotel, which turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom, and a persistent foul odor. It was the most unhygienic and poorly maintained room I’ve ever seen. ” We paid for this place but had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. Even after raising a complaint, refused to refund our money. This experience was extremely disappointing.

The room was not well maintained needs renovation. There was no one to attend me when reached. Overall the hotel didn't give good vibe. Will not recommend someone to stay.

Room was good and area was spacious but i think it was not maintained or clean for long time, there was dust in washroom and water heater was not working, toilet and bathroom was clear but little dust was there. Room service was not available

The room had cozy bedding, and everything was clean and neat. The staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The stay was lovely with a clean room and soft bed. Staff’s helpfulness made everything easy.

The spacious and quiet rooms provided a great environment for work and rest. The staff was professional and accommodating.
