he is asking for extra money 500/- rs and room also not clean there is no room service and he is not giving proper response

oyo township 093 Ramamurthy Nagar. I have paid full amount through but in checkout they charging extra 990 rs i want refund for this amount

Very very worst and terrible stay. Checking was denied and i was asked to pay extra rs 549 eventhough i have paid the full amount. Staff was very rude. i was allowed but purposefully they have given tge room where ac was not working and they kept one fan in the room. When i asked for different room they said that all tge rooms were booked but still rooms were there and they have given rooms for the next customer. Room was stinking with bad smell.

The staff is just unfair, and the bedsheet is not properly near have marks and looks used earlier

just minutes before check-in, the hotel demands additional payment, even though the full amount was already paid. If I refuse to pay, they won't allow me to check in. When I call the help desk, it takes over an hour to get a response. When they finally respond, they ask for an invoice for the extra amount from the hotel, but the hotel staff claims the invoice will only be generated after check-out.

Denied check in at the hotel, inspite of holding a kolkata dl. The staff was adamant of not allowing us to check in and misbehaved

I was booked the room on makemytrip app and i payed the amount through the app. But when i reached hotel, they asked me to pay extra 580 rupees. And ac not working inthe room.

Neat and clean. But they demanded extra cash for the difference between the tariff rate and the OYO rates. Rest of this, it’s a good one to chose because it is located near to bus stop, easy to commute and many restaurants are surrounded.

It was very good experience to stay. Room was very clean and the staff were very good. Food was also good

No hot water available in the room the entire day. Staff didn't give us any kind of satisfactory solution. Really disappointed.

This hotel is the worst one. They has charged me extra amount than my booking amount. And many restrictions are added with notice board at reception. Staff are terrible and front desk guys were worst and indifferent. No fan and no hot water. The rooms stink. They are not clean. The door did not seem secure and was not evened out.

Worst experience with the management where they asked to pay extra charges which were not informed or shown in the make my trip invoice. They demand showing them their app saying they are seeing pending. But when asked for invoice with gst they don’t provide it. This is next level can.

We have to pay additional money what say is final else OYO Town house staff will not provide you the room. once I reach there they claimed additional 689- saying that the people which you booked are sitting and doing something for there incentives. One more important point is of you are visiting for a business trip or if you to meet any guest. They won't allow inside (saw a rubbish quarrel in from of me. They fought like ) Pros: 1. Rooms are clean well maintained 2. Ease for public transportation Cons: 1. You should be ready to pay additional money without any questions.Else the way of dealing is different. 2. Visitors not allowed (but can meet in restaurant along with stinky smoky kitchen smell)

Was asked to pay extra 499 as oyo charges before check in after booking. Had book executive room with double bed, received twin beds kept close to each other. Room condition was poor.
