I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled so far. I had already emailed and called your executive partner and reported the matter in detail, but no action has been taken till now. This lack of response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As mentioned earlier, the property was in a terrible, unhygienic condition and denied me the breakfast that was clearly included in my booking confirmation. I was forced to leave the property at midnight and book another hotel at almost 3 times the price. This not only caused me financial loss but also unnecessary mental stress and harassment. Since I have already raised this multiple times without resolution, I request an immediate full refund along with fair compensation for the inconvenience caused. If this is not addressed at the earliest, I will have no option but to escalate the matter. I trust that MakeMyTrip values its customers and will take immediate corrective action. worst service, worst experience, worst but every time the property is explained is different condition, property need to access their all property because all property are in very different condition if these things happen, my trip may go in loss

the is no maintenance daily they don't pay attention to what we say they don't know english not like we saw in the app the bed and walls are little weak and they are taking to us like rude so don't suggest this to others and je don't have breakfast not was good there so don't suggest to others

The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic the washroom was very smelly ! Regretted staying there and there was no food provided even tho u paid for breakfast

Hopeless Property... I am a frequent traveller this was my worst hotel stay ever... I stayed in 3 to 5 start hotels in country a lot but this was terrible... 1st booking n u guys made me feel Yuck...!!! Rusty Toilets No Television No Geyser Hot/Cold water No Wifi No Kitchen Dirty Bedsheets Broken matress springs Broken wardrobe Handles No Towel No Toiletries Dirty Toilet Seats Bad Smoking Smell in the whole Hotel Not Even a Dustbin... seriously?? I stayed with my son n my mother felt so embarrassing... My Checking was late so I had no chance to Go to the other Hotel other wise I would have... My booking was including Breakfast n they said there no kitchen in the hotel... Pathetic Dirty Gross all the bad words for the property... please don't stay in this hotel I am looking forward to take action n refund my money...

The Connection to electricity might run out anytime midnight......you will not be given other room...no mirrors in washroom...spited rooms all over...you would feel living on railway track if you pay for 2 days the way I did .... hopeless pathetic rooms.....I wish such hotels could be shut down as soon as possible.....star forget....minus 5

It was terrible at first they didn't provide food which was written then the geyser was not working even in my 4 days stay they didn't do b rooming or cleaning in the room

Worst experience. No hot water, No breakfast provided as per the booking. To confirm my room i had to wait for one and half hour. even after booking and paying full amount for the room 7 days earlier I was told that the booking wasn't made. After the argument they agreed to provide the room. I would not recommend any visitors to opt for this hotel. Zero Ratings. MMT to note that your intervention is very necessary in this case.

Room was not booked when reached, waited more then one hour, breakfast was not provided for two for two days. Room no. 106 was given to us.
