Worst experience. Mattresses were like bedsheet on springs. Toilets were dirty. Fixtures were rusting. Jet spray wasn’t functional. Towel and bedsheets were unclean and spotted.

It was very clean and hygienic and rooms were specious also receptionist were very polite and decent. It was very cost effective.

Very bad waste rooms rooms is very very bad wast service not clean rooms berry bad cleaning not probably

Terrible... don’t even think of this place. Receptionists doesn’t even understand what I was requesting.. uneducated staff..

We were denied any room. Had to look for another hotel n book. The receptionist was not at all helpful, didn't understand how many rooms I have booked. And the hotel is not even 10% close to what has been shown in yhe pics.

The whole hotel was very shady, The bed was completely broken and i had to sleep on the same broken spring mattress, No towels provided, i mean except light nothing was working at the hotel, Also i would not recommend any lady to book a stay, I can compare the whole place to a third class lodge.

It was mentioned that outside food is allowed but they didn’t allow that and the food that we ordered from them was of very bad quality.

The room had a great view. We loved the view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful.

I would say this was the worst and most embarrassing hotel i have stayed in my entire life. Hotel rooms were so dirty, bedsheets and pillow cover had hairs on them. Even though we told to change it, they didn't even bother to hear. Toilets were out of question, so so dirty. We had ordered food from outside, they gave us plates from down, which was so bad. I would recommend to anyone not to go to this hotel,

I didn't stay at all, as their was no vacant rooms available and return back my amount deducted. Also the same was informed to mm t customer care on the same day. But still i haven't received amount back from mmt.

My visit was wonderful because of the attention to detail in the room, right down to the lovely blankets.

The room was modern, with a great bathroom and shower. There were hardly any complaints about the hotel itself.

There is no breakfast there, the room is shabby with stained sofa, bedsheets, mattress is in a bad condition and you are bound to get back pain. we will refund the breakfast amount. they are not bothered with the pain you endure. I checked out early as I did not want my back to get more worse.

We really enjoyed our stay spacious rooms were large, clean and had everything you needed. Very impressed.

Great hotel, beautiful atmosphere, great staff, most friendly and helpful. Lovely and great first impression of hotel.
