Service which has been mentioned was not served and thier was huge difference in picture over website and in reality.

Terrible pathetic. The first room was given. It was broken. When I tried to unfold the curtain. It was fallen down. Then the second room I was given. It had a big rat in washroom two hours were taken to remove the frat from the room. It was stinking the whole night. I couldn't sleep properly, even though the receptionist they don't have any behaviour how to behave with guest.

Really had a bad experience in this day first I had to complain that my room air conditioner was not working even after multiple complaints they didn't fix it the second issue was the flash of my hotel room was not working asking the multiple times they did nothing finally after 6 hours the fixed it was not at all professional sector think they were very rude lead to provide the service the room was not clean nothing was good about this day will not recommend ever staying here.

Felt completely comfortable here with our children. Staff was helpful and kind while rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff's behavior was not professional. 1. They handed me a crumbled paper as acknowledgement 2. The room smelled of cigarette and upon reporting, they mentioned that'd be the case for all rooms 3. The curtain roll was broken (Room 303) 4. Bath area was congested 5. No lift

There was lot of Cigarette smoke in the property. Was confirmed about booking of a particular room but was not available when I reached the property. Very casual approach of support staff who were busy playing games and watching videos in the reception area rather than attending to the customers

The staff was polite and helpful in every situation and a room is spacious neat and clean so it’s a good hotel and not so costly too
