Peaceful place to stay & well maintained property. Must visit place other than regular places like Lonavala

Many things that mentioned in makemytrip hotel description are not available in hotel room like bath rob ,iron, mini bar. Car service is not available in hotel, and very important that no network is available in hotel only u can use wifi. Sim network will not come. You can’t lock balcony door from inside its loose so even u will lock main door still safety issue is there any one can come from balcony in your absence. Other all things are good Like view and staff .food is okok.location is very far from main road .

Peace is all I can say.. spacious room, with great view with sunset straight from bed. Service is a bit back foot. But they are trying their best to keep up! Food is good too..! Negative reviews will doubt you. But property has perfect location.

The stay was very comfortable. Great location, great ambiance, absolutely perfect. The food was really tasty and a good variety for breakfast. I would really recommend everyone to experience the stay at TOYAM.

Average experience. We booked Akash Suite room however the rooms are not worth the price they charge for. Rooms are not properly maintained also to get hot bath water had to wait for 1/2 n hour. No complains for the staff , very well mannered. The property is not maintained properly. Approach road to this property is pathetic. Overall Average stay experience.

We stayed for 1 night at the hotel. Location with the small lake and greenery is pleasing. The approach road (dirt lane) could be inconvenient in case of rains. It is close to highway but after we cross the village, it’s a totally cut off from the pollution and noise. Overall a cozy nice place near Pune. Buffet spread for breakfast and other meals have large variety and staff is helpful. Minor things like soothing music, calm sound of flowing water gives mindful experience

Easily accessible from Pune. Property is beautiful and quiet, the way you expect a resort to be. Food was good and the buffet had adequate options to choose from. Amenities and services by staff was up to the mark. In short, pleasant and comfortable stay for family.

The location was pathetic. The staff was hopeless. For everything all they had as an answer was a big NO. I couldnt even celebrate my wife’s birthday properly. No network, No wifi, electricity went 100 times which further led to disturbed sleep. Never recommending to anyone ever this property.

The resort is situated close to the highway yet provides a scenic and serene experience. We stayed in the resort for 2 days and must say the experience was very amazing. The facility is well maintained with very polite staff. The swimming pool and the cafe is very beautiful and nestled in nature. The resort offers activities which involves boat ride which is mesmerising. Overall it was amazing experience.

Property location is convenient. View and ambience is amazing. Best time to visit us After monsoon, when lake is full of water and mountains and green. We stayed in prithvi, rooms are very good. I recommend prithiv over Jal rooms. Food is not that great.

We found property location beautiful, peaceful ,relaxing. Food was delicious there was live counter , live music which we enjoyed a lot. Staff members of toyam are humble and kind.

The property at Toyam is scenic and peaceful, perfect for a calm getaway. The food was good and well-prepared, However, my morning trek and yoga session included in the MMT package were canceled, which was disappointing. For the 23k per night price, the overall experience felt closer to 12-13k in value. Could be better with improved activity management and pricing alignment.

My recent stay at Toyam by Orchid was a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, the ambience was soothing, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. Truly a refreshing and memorable stay – I’d love to visit again!
