Location good .food not in your services. Amenities and services need updating. Drinking water should be provided free of cost . Mice and insects need nice pesticides.

The stay was decent but no car parking.... had to park on the road which costed me Challan and that should be highlighted

Horrible stay. First of all i would request all mmt user should not believe on the reviews in mmt. All the reviews are fake reviews. Always use references for the hotel bookings. The hotel i booked is pathetic and mmt charged me rooms whereas, the actual hotel tariff is The condition of the hotel is not even worth of . It is purely a loot in the name of dymanic fare. The room was pathetic with no room service , dirty linens , broken basin, ac was not cooling. After raising the issue with mmt they are not able to justify the amount they charged. It is a purely loot made by mmt. They are not able to give the justification for the excess amount they charged and hotel is saying their tariff is only rooms. I will be raising this issue with the consumer forum also.

The property was good and the location was in the middle of white town. So it was easy for us , to travel from there. And the hosts were also friendly. And the ambience was good

The location is near beach, and it's easy to go to beach, had pleasure. The staff also received well and treated good....but need to provide water bottles as an complimentary

My experience at TR Residency was really good and the staffs there at the reception are very welcoming and friendly. Not only they treat you as guest but they take care of your needs. The place is located just 4-5 minutes walk from the beach and the environment is really calm and peaceful.

Ac was not working and thare is no clean rooms bathroom was durty

Cockroaches on the bed and poor AC

everything is fine but having many small cockroaches in the drawer and in the cupboard, other than that all are fine.

They are scammers, please don't go to this hotel. I booked their hotel through MakeMyTrip from 28-30dec 2024 with full payment....later just a night before i called the hotel just to check with the check-in time...the hotel then(a night before) denied to give me room because of some controversies with MakeMyTrip....( the word controversy is being used by the hotel,not my word) ...later i contacted MakeMyTrip for help...they said they will update...but the update didn't come....on 28/12/2024 i.e the date of travel i again contacted them ... they clarified with the hotel and said my room has been given to someone else.... and I will not get the room... so here my point is....if the hotel cannot provide room, why are you even enrolled in MakeMyTrip? get them unrolled asap ....and as for the MakeMyTrip team....u took the full payment in advance just for this scam.... u scammed me... I have got full evidence of everything I said.... moreover the MakeMyTrip higher official promised to call back 20mins later but that call never came... time of call was 11:24am today... so MakeMyTrip and the hotel altogether scammed me....took the entire money.... and didn't give me room finally....

Very small room, no window. AC was not working, also the fan regulator and telephone were not working. Bathroom was quite dirty. But the hotel staff behavior was good.

Location of this property is superb. You will get most of the attractions via walk. Nice restaurant around with lots of veggies options. About property, rooms are clean including bathroom, staff is good as well.

Hotel is ok but need improvement in 1. Insecticide treatment. 2. Should have room service arrangement or tie up. At least hotel management should ensure that guests can get minimum bare things in food, tea, coffee.
