Following things are very good 1. Location - Very close to Beach. 2. Food quality is also very good. Variety is less but tasty. 3. Staff are very polite including reception and restaurant staff. 4. Resort is very clean and full of trees that I loved most. Only things I didn't like is waiting after ordering food, sometimes it's more than half an hour. Overall it's a very good experience with family.

Room and surrounding very shabby. No clean bathroom. Continuous power failure. No range of internet in room. Back side sit out very dirty, no cleaning. Very bad veg. food. Left in one day when I had booked for 3 nights. No one should travel there.

the rooms are spacious and clean. resort is also well maintained. sign boards everywhere. the restaurant needs a new look and cleaning. the tables in restaurant werent clean enough as compared to rooms. the food quality was good. the staff is also courteous and polite. it would be good if there is a good place for families and groups to sit and just relax somewhere in the resort. room service was good and very prompt. overall a good resort to stay with family and friends.

Booked room for 1 night in july month location: hotel just 2-3 mins walk away from beach. Price: bit expensive considering konkan beaches are not that developed like goa. Food: dinner options are konkan / maharashtra thali, north indian. Breakfast buffet is vada pav, missal pav, toast, eggs, upma. Overall food quality is average. Room: spacious for a couple

Chalet or Hut are not kept ready at checkin time . Wifi router near Presidential cottage doesn’t work at all . Meal options are very limited . Only 10 out of 200 items listed i. Menu are available .. Airtel , Vodafone , Bsnl network operator doesnt work here , and dont rely on Tranquil Resort wifi
