TRANQUIL RESORT AND SPA

Overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room allotted to me was a corner one on the ground floor with a balcony. Unfortunately, i didn’t particularly like the room. For a better experience, i recommend asking for a first-floor room or a cottage. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality and service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Their warm and attentive approach truly enhanced the experience. The resort is a serene and relaxing retreat in the beautiful surroundings of mahabaleshwar. With some improvements in room allocation, this property has the potential to provide an even more exceptional stay.

Good location peaceful and helpful staff. Food restaurant is excellent and food taste is delicious, homemade quality. However rooms need attention in terms of maintenance, walls, ceiling, bathroom toiletries, towels, hot water kettle lid was broken, tea cups were smelly. Lacks of enough supplies for number of occupants in the room. Tv channel subscription balance was due hence couldn’t watch channels. It was renewed after request. Resort has potential to become popular if upgrade balcony side rooms to achieve better ratings. Check out timing is also not right 10 am check out and check in 2 pm there is no need of 4 hrs gap

Property’s location bound us to feel as if we are staying amidst a forest with all the amenities. Food is good. Service is excellent. We want to mention names like Praveen for taking care in such a way that we are their special guests. Sunil has a good knowledge of preparing food according to taste of the guest. Bapu Shinde and Barnali attend the guests with smiling face and ask time to time whether everything is going properly. We strongly recommend the resort for all age groups.

If you're looking for a destination where you will find tranquility, peace and want to get pampered, look no further. Excellent rooms, hospitality, cordial and very helpful staff, excellent hygiene, excellent food quality. The location is so mesmerizing that it will be very hard for you to leave. If you are thinking about mahabaleshwar, just go for traquil and nothing else! would like to visit again, can't wait!

tranquil resort stands by its name. away from the hustle bustle is worth atleast spending one night with your family. the staff right from the reception to the restaurant is very polite and courteous. the food here is very good. the breakfast buffet spread was also very interesting and tasty. the entire staff was there to help us with whatever was needed. i would highly recommend tranquil resort 👍👍👍

Excellent stay. Very nice property. Bonfire experience with Karaoke was amazing. Property is very clean and well maintained Food is good. Breakfast buffet is nice. Ample space for kids to play. Spa experience was nice. Excellent staff. Always on their toes. 5 ⭐️ rating for staff which also makes the experience more enjoyable.

The resorts ambience was good it was near to main market and surrounded by jungle trees. The food was good.

It was good stay. But there is not any special moments arrangement on request. Thay are charging for that. Which is costly. Food quality is not much good.

It’s awesome. I love it. Bcz. Full relaxing place for me. My baby enjoying play zone a lot. December month means there very cold season and there night time fire was very warming and healing. Hotel service was very good. You just call and it will be there. I suggest everyone go there and feel it.
