We recently had the pleasure of staying at tranquil resort and spa in mahabaleshwar, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled amid-st the serene hills, this resort truly lives up to its name, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the lush green valleys and a calm, soothing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts one could ask for. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the fresh mountain air was a delight. The views were a highlight, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Special mentions to the staffs at tranquil resort and spa were incredibly hospitable and attentive to every need. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout our stay, we felt truly cared for. The attention to detail in ensuring our comfort was impressive. The resort’s restaurant also deserves a mention; the food was delicious, with a good variety of local and international cuisines. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. Overall, tranquil resort and spa exceeded our expectations in every way. Vacation, or simply a peaceful retreat, this resort is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return soon. Highly recommended!

The rooms were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. The service was exceptional, with staff members going out of their way to ensure that guests have a wonderful time. The food quality was good, with a variety of options available. However, the taste could use some improvement to match the high standards set by the rest of the resort. A standout feature of tranquil resort and spa is that it is pet-friendly. My pet had a fantastic time, and the resort's accommodating policies made it easy to enjoy the vacation with my furry friend. In summary, tranquil resort and spa offers a great stay with excellent service and a prime location. While the food could be a bit tastier, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially for those traveling with pets.

Quite place in the heart of mahabaleshwar forest yet very close to the main market. Roo. S with terrace/ balcony or coolttage with sit out. All facing green and well maintained garden. Nice lap swimming pool. Staff is polite and very cooperative, and room service is fast enough. Breakfast was good and mainly vegetarian, but eggs were available. A la carte menu was also good. Parking space is available. The TRANQUIL RESORT AND SPA and rooms are maintained clean and neat. There is no bar at the TRANQUIL RESORT AND SPA. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and i would recommend it for a peaceful holiday in the heart of nature

The resort is located away from mahabaleshwar main market but not that far. Wilson point is walkable from the resort. The amenities include a swimming pool, gym, playground, hammock, and a children's play area. There is enough parking space for 10 cars. There are limited rooms hence it feels premium. We opted for cottage rooms. It has an attached balcony and sitting area. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is hygienic. The restaurant is good but not excellent, service is good. The place is recommended for families with kids.

Me and my family visited mahabaleshwar this year diwali and stayed at tranquil resort for 3 days. Honestly good place to stay, specious rooms and clean bathroom and balcony with garden view to enjoy e sunny morning. For kids there is planty of open space in garden to play and move around. Breakfast and lunch/dinner have plenty of choices and veg. Food was testy too. Staff is courteous and humble, offered goody bag at time of checkout. Honestly one should consider this place while travel-ling to mahabaleswar.

Staff who are on duty in food service (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are not at all courteous. While having food if you ask for some tea or toasted bread or extra food items, they will guide you that it's kept on table, go & take it. Which was bit rude & doesn't sound professional in service industry. Same feedback was given to manager over there. I hope they will monitor & change this behaviour of there staff. Property is good, well maintained. Rooms were also good. We enjoyed our stay in property.

Visited tranquil resorts and spa for two night stay. Location: very good, just little away from city centre, about 10 mins away. Lush green environs, easy accessibility through main road, sufficient parking space. Senior citizen friendly property. Hygiene: clean and well maintained property. Service: service is prompt. Staff well mannered, trained in hospitality. Value for money. Property is over priced. Overall cost for cottage room stood at 10k per night with bfast included, which is high.

Awesome resort with lack of professionalism. Location, landscaping, swimming pool, rooms, toilets, restaurant, lawn everything good but, small small irrigation such as wi-fi interruptions, no hooks or bars for clothes in changing rooms, usb ports in room don’t work, when rooms occupancy is 20, no complimentary upgrades given. They care for customers satisfaction but not delight

Excellent location for a perfect stay. Very peaceful and supportive staff. Very well maintained property ( pool, garden, spa. There was karaoke on saturday night, enjoyed food with good music.

Tranquil resort and spa had good clean rooms, well developed and maintained open space. Friendly staff always trying to make you feel comfortable. Parking is ample but might get cramped when resort is full. Sports equipment were broken and not made available.

All the points or spots can be easily reached. Even resort surrounding, ambience is very good.

Be assured that you will get top notch hospitality and service, especially kudos to kitchen staff and service managers of restaurant who all are working tirelessly to feel you special. Property is also nice and live up to expectations. My whole family and my kids loved the ambience and place.

Staff is decent. Especially restaurant manager is excellent. I would give him 11/10 marks. Rooms are clean. But a bit small for given price. Food taste is great. Extra mattress quality is not good. Owners should consider buying proper mattresses. Also bed sizes are small. But staff tries to help you in all ways possible.
