Had a great experience, Travelled with few friends for a short gate away it was an awesome experience. Villa location is situatied with nearby attractions with 15-20 km range so easy to explore nearby areas

It was a very comfortable stay for me and my kids. The villa was clean & spacious, the kitchen was well equipped (for me a must for kids' stay) and restaurant served yummy food. The caretaker and other staff were very helpful. Thank you

Located beautifully just by the side of road with enough parking space. Reasonably maintained property with all amenities. However, lawns and doors of the villa require maintenance. Caretaker is quite helpful.

The location of the vilaa was good. The rooms nice and large. The caretaker was very helpful. However a few things that spoiled our show. There was no airconditioner. At the time of booking we were told there was one. The afternoons were unbearably hot and my family was uncomfortable. The drawing room was big and had only one fan which was inadequate. The room on the top was large with a small fan which was not enough for cooling. As a result none of us good use the top room for sleeping and it was a waste. There was no dining table. Eating together was an issue. Finally there were dangling wires which were an eye sore. My sincere request would be to attend to these issues or in the worst case give up this property. It brings a bad name to mmt. By the way i had highlighted the ac issue on the portal already.

This was a beautiful villa in a valley 12km from lansdowne. Actually better than in the photos. Loved walking around, has a fully functional kitchen and raju caretaker will take care of everything. It's a short drive to lansdowne.

5. The villa is located ~9kms from main lansdowne but it's totally worth it. Caretaker raju is extremely helpful with everything. The stay exceeded my expectations by a lot

All facilities are excellent, no need to request anything, all things are in place inside the villa. Very much clean with all items in new condition without any damage. Nearby village market also available to get all grocery items, one can cook by self also no need to spent money on fooding in another restaurant
