We had a wonderful stay at this house. The spacious living room, bedrooms, and kitchen were well-furnished and comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues and the solar heating system's temporary malfunction due to rain were the only drawbacks. The steps were slightly slippery after the rain, so caution was needed. Overall, this is one of the best houses I've stayed in, and I'd definitely choose it again for future trips. Sriramam

This villa is perfectly located within 4 km of two beautiful beaches, with all essential amenities close by, making it an ideal stay. From the moment we booked, the property manager maintained excellent communication, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The villa itself is picture-perfect, with a beautifully designed hall, kitchen, and bedrooms—every corner thoughtfully planned and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with clean utensils, making it perfect for a family vacation, especially with kids. We stayed here as a family of 8 adults and 2 kids, and it truly felt like a home filled with warmth and care. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to place every time we visit Goa!
