To begin with, this cottage villa is a tranquil haven away from the city crowd and is located quite far from the bustling urban environment. It is situated on ooty mysore road and can be easily accessed using google maps. Upon our arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and although the rooms were average, the verandah was delightful. Moreover, the area in front of our cottages was beautifully arranged, providing a peaceful spot for us to relax on the wooden seating provided. The boy who attended to our requests displayed remarkable maturity, promptly addressing our needs. Our requests were promptly sorted out, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience. The dinner provided was excellent, adding to the positive aspects of our stay. We had an unfortunate experience during our breakfast the next morning. While the food itself was good, there was a significant issue with flies infesting the restaurant. They were buzzing around incessantly, even landing on our food. We found ourselves constantly waving them away while trying to eat. When another customer, brought up the suggestion of using a fly repellent machine, mr responded with an argumentative attitude, stating that it was the season for flies and nothing could be done about it. This kind of response was disheartening, especially considering the otherwise positive impression we had of the place. Rest everything about this place was amazing. Kindly request you do something regarding the flies and improve the attitude of staffs by giving them training sessions.

They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A Perfect Getaway I had a fantastic time at Tea Terrace Vyntiri in Vayanad. The cottages were cozy and surrounded by beautiful tea fields. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a fun play area for kids too. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Given the exceptional amenities, service, and location, Tea Terrace Vyntiri offers excellent value for money. It's a perfect choice for travelers seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway in the heart of nature.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking scenic views that let you unwind completely. The food and amenities were commendable. However, cleanliness in the rooms left much to be desired—dusty corners, unclean bathrooms, and poorly maintained bedding were disappointing. While the overall experience was pleasant, improving hygiene standards would make this place truly exceptional. Despite these concerns, I would cautiously recommend it, hoping they address the cleanliness issues.

Wondeful stay and super experience. Only choose valley view room, it provides awesome view to mountain and valley side. All other basic rooms are utter flop and don't provide any view. Food and service is simply wonderful. Nature is the prior one here, no other fun activities, park or pool included. Just stay calm, have super food, and relax. That's all

We had an amazing stay here. This place is around 15 km from Ooty town. If someone wants to experience peace during holidays, this is the place. Scenic beauty from the room was better than any other view point in Ooty that we had seen. Staffs are very well behaved and service was very good. We loved the food as well.

View was beautiful, location half an our away from ooty but it is worth very peaceful. Staff was also courteous. Food was also good. Boufet breakfast. Only room standards was not as expected and as price like premium.

The stay is good and the view is excellent but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff here in this resort is so helpful, if there is any problem in the room, they will immediately come and rectify it. The food is so good and delicious but the rate of the food is quite expensive but it's worth it. The price of the resort is quite expensive.
