Tranqville Resorts

Stay details - we stayed there on 1st week of april23 for 3 days& have booked 2 mountain view rooms, we got a free upgrade to valley view 2 bhk villa as we were a family of 5 people. Property location - believe me, this is one of the best resorts i have stayed in, we have spotted deer, wild boar, bison & lots of birds from the balcony of our villa. Owner - owner is awesome & he informed us about the nearby areas & guided us about the places we can visit next day nearby trek - there is a small trek you can do in jungle ( but will not suggest as bison & wild animals also roam there) food - we took breakfast & dinner in the property itself daily, food is good but options are limited ( which doesn't matted as it is in remote area ) jiva & rasa will take goof care of your food & stay approach road - it is situated 15km away from ooty city center approach road contains multiple hairpin curves. It was not that much tough & you will gain good experience of driving in such terrains last 200 meters is a little offroad but good experience facilities available in property - 1) camp fire - you can bring your own drinks & enjoy campfire ( however our sleep got disturbed as few young couple were playing loud sound in night till 1 am) note - 1) do not forget to take a high-quality torch to spot animals in night & binoculars 2) resort is situated in a restricted area where entry is allowed with pass only, so make sure you get the pass beforehand ( police will direct you to go some other way but you have to show them your pass & they will let you pass) 3) try to reach property before sunset as property is in remote area overall a good 5* experience

the room was clean and well-maintained. Everything was in good condition and worked properly. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The linens were soft and pleasant to the touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The location of the Tranqville Resorts was a bit inconvenient but the Tranqville Resorts staff arranged a cab for us. To travel in the city and around areas. View from our room was heavenly and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this Tranqville Resorts and would highly recommend it to others. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and service exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable stay. Thank you to all the staff at the Tranqville Resorts.

The stone room i had booked had a common balcony, but the view was stunning. The property is a bit far from the city and on top of a hill, so it was very peaceful and beautiful. Cons - if u have your own vehicle, it's good to choose this place as u won't find anything nearby and once u r in resort u have to be there. To go the ooty bus from the resort charged me 1k and vice verso and to roam around even more which is a choice so i won't complaint on that. In-house restaurant serves u good but not great food and the portion comparing the price was very very less. Leaving behind commute and food i literally don't have anyother complaints. It's a must visit property and u will enjoy the place for sure.

Location is beautiful. But the total area of the resort is small. Not much area of the resort to explore as it is very far from the ooty town and other view points there should have been much more options to spend there itself. Food was not that good and too expensive. But the complimentry breakfast was really good. Staff’s behavior was really appreciable. Another problem is as that, as resort is on the mudumalai, masangudi road from ooty the entrance for vehicles other than tn registration is restricted and the police were not letting us go to that road even after showing the booking confirmation.

Can't explain in words how wonderful our stay here was. Honestly, the stay at the resort was the best part of our trip and i was feeling so happy and satisfied for booking this resort. The staff was very responsible and quick and the service was amazing. The staff was very polite and what to say about the food, it was just wow. Due to the resort being in more of the outskirts and a peaceful area, it was far away from the hustle bustle of the city center and was a perfect place for a wonderful vacation. 10/10 highly recommended!

Pros- 1. Awesome view. 2. No need to visit a view point. 3. Very good for relaxing. 4. Breakfast and food is good. Rooms are decent cons- 1. Rood to the resort is tough and require good driving skills. 2. Google maps will show wrong route sometimes. 3. Travel-ling towards ooty for resort is a very steep drive. You have to mostly drive on 1st gear. 4. You should travel back to resort by night itself. Ps we saw a dears while travel-ling back. It’s so desolate

This is a very refreshing place to spend some days with great view specially the valley view villas. Friendly staff and good food. I stayed there for 2 nights and it was so calm and peaceful place that i did not feel the need of going out of the place. You can do trekking in near by areas if you want. Days with singing birds and night with sky full of stars and cool breeze i enjoyed my stay with close to nature and it was such an amazing experience.

the scenic beauty is awesome around the property. though the staff was very helpful but i don't know the reason of delay in service and i had to move out without brushing my teeth as i missed out tooth paste bring your paste with you as you don't find any shop nearby also the food last order is at 9:30 though staff took our request at 9:45 but this timing should be increased as there's no food joints nearby. overall nice ambience.

We stayed there for 2 days. Place is at great location, avoid the road issue as this is there everywhere in ooty. Just pigeon is disturbing in the morning as shade is of tin, they make lots of sound there. Service is good, food is great as well.

The mountain lovers should visit this because that much it merged with mountains, clouds and weather ❤️ just feels like heaven ♥️the cottages are very beautifull💟

Scenic location, clean and comfy rooms, excellent staff response and a memorable stay with nice food. Well behaved and trained staffs, especially the guy named jeeva was so helpful to plan the local trips as well.

Truly mesmerizing view. We stayed for two days and never bothered to go around ooty. Just stayed in the resort with nature around. Beautiful stay

So calm and serene. Feels like nature have so much to offer us while we are busy with our day to day schedule

Wonderful place, amazing service. The quality of food was very good absolute wonderful behaviour by every staff member. I would highly recommend to everyone to try for this resort. Absolute value for money.

As expected the location of the resort is superb. Though reaching to that is little difficult if you rely on google maps but worth the location. The service should be much better. I face problem with the power backup in the morning and also if you want to check in late or check out early the service response will be delayed. Overall i would recommend for the location and also for me food is good.

It’s an absolute hidden gem with a breathtaking view. Can improve on the hospitality and staff training.

Apart from the breathtaking serene landscape, Ajith and team were pivotal in making our stay most memorable. They even took special requests to make my stay even better. Highly recommended for young couples and those who don't want to stay in just another expensive city Tranqville Resorts ☺️
