This is the hotel to stay at, I have stayed all over shillong and this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel! I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Lovely staff and spotlessl and a great location, lovely bistro across the road dot miss this hotel if your going to shillong three stops from gar...

I had a really good stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The food was also really nice and well prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying there again.

The location is near Laitumkhrah and the food served was delicious. The staffs were also very good and helpful and overall the stay was pleasant. The receptionist was very soft spoken and the room cleaning staffs were also very good with their service. I would like to stay there again in the future.

Good service, clean room and bathroom but no ac heater avaliable, food is expensive, slow wifi, network problem in this area.

Yes, it was awesome. I stey here more then 5 6 days. Management was helpful a Nd sweet in nature. Rooms was also good and clean.

its buget stay and comfortable..room n bathroom are clean...hot water is available 24x7 ..bed is comfortable..their service is also good they provide evrythin watever asked wtout fuss...however restaurant is not good at all hardly any food items available and food is not tasty jus average..we had only one night dinner dint realy like it ....beter to eat outside.. but overall jus for one or two night not a bad option in this rate ..very far from main city centre ...if u hv a car not an issue overall good option

I loved the way they treated us. location of the property was also good. though little outside the main town but it was worth staying. just 10 min drive from shillong centre point.

Location is good. the stay was good just the availability of drinking water and some foods and beverages was a bit problematic . the facilities for the price was perfect. Hospitality was really good .the rooms were very clean. as a whole it was very good experience.

Wifi provided is not good, rest everything is OK. Room is neat and clean. Need to improved WIFI.......

The hotel room was good, neat and clean, but at 8am we, asked for some food but that was not available though it was on their menu card. Location was average. Stuff was good.

Washroom door was not getting locked. Room space is very less. Smell coming in rooms. TV was not working.
