Staff was very good. They allowed early check inn and also upgraded the room type. Totally satisfied. Also food is very good especially Himanchali Dham

I had a wonderful stay atTree of Life! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the “beautiful view ” or “delicious breakfast”]. The location is great , peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

we were greeted warmly and given 2 caps as token gifts. the food was excellent. gave us adequate tea bags. the room was very comfortable.

The property is definitely not a 5 star as mentioned on make my trip platform. At the best it's a 3 star hotel. It's not situated in Dharamshala as mentioned on MMT platform rather it's about 1 hour drive from Dharamshala. Only good thing about the place is staff who were very courteous and helping and trying to give a personal touch to the stay. Rooms are average. Bathroom doesn't have basic facilities like hair dryers but it's available from the room service. The property does not have a gym or a spa which are usually part of a 5 star facility. Pool is not well maintained we found monkey excreta near the pool side. Towels are not available on pool side u will have to request the staff to provide them beforehand. Showers near the pool side are not working. There is no dining facility after 10.30 pm also against a rating of 5 star. I think MMT should do some homework before labeling properties as 5 star. It's overpriced and at the best a 3 star property. Food was average and no special provision for gluten free diets. We have child with celiac disease and found it difficult to get food for her again not keeping up to the standard of a 5 star property. Major problem was with the distance. It's quite far from Dharamshala or Macleodganj and temperatures are mostly like as in plains it doesn't give u a feeling of staying at a hill station. I would strongly recommend not to fall in trap considering this property as 5 star but yes it's a decent 3 star property overpriced.

Staff is polite. We experienced high temperatures which is not hotel’s fault. Vinay Karan Abhishek deserve a special mention. All in all a great place to stay and good food too.

very nice property, courteous staff and very nice food. we are able to see the snow peaks from the hotel property. value for money. hotel manager was very cooperative and allowed us for late check out

The property is a like a fairy tale village with the touch of luxury in the lap of nature.. the staff are very well behaved and food choice is relatively admirable.

The bed was Comfortable and the bathroom was Well-maintained The staff were Friendly, Helpful, Responsive and the service was Prompt. However, the hotel's Restaurant served average food and no alcohol drinks. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to everyone for an escape from busy worlds, Staff is really great. Bonfire was cherry on the cake. I would like to mention Abhishek, Rishi and Vivek for taking great care of my family. These people made us feel like home. Kudos to you!!

The property is nice quite relaxing and clean. I am a chef by profession and i have enjoyed the food. The staff is very hospitable, attentive and helpful. The services provided are good. But a special mention of all the staff as they make you feel welcomed and are very pleasant. The food was outstanding and the staff take special demands also.
