Need cleanliness, staff is courteous. Food is amazing. It should have price around 6 or 7 than its value for money

It’s a beautiful property it’s called Art decorated , entire staff is very polite n helpful, bf was excellent, for dinner they prepared a special local food menu & it tasted excellent. I will give 10/10

I visited for my son's birthday with family. Loved everything about this place, be it ambience, cleanliness, food, pool and service. The staff was very courteous and helpful, available all the time for service. A paid picnic setup for my son's birthday celebration was also arranged in a nearby beautiful location with great decoration, food and service provided by staff. Special thanks to manager teji, Satish, Aarush and Kamal for making our stay comfortable and luxury. Highly recommend this property to others and will visit again soon.

Location is good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Well maintained property. Nice paintings and Arti facts collection which definitely gives an edge to this property as compared to similar properties of this category. Temperature controlled swimming pool is amazing.

The hotel is very good . Good food . Good housekeeping , good service . But the room tariff is definitely on the higher side , compared to its peers.

My experience at Eila is such a beautiful chapter in my journey. The service is exceptional. Every one there went above and beyond to made my time truly memorable. The room.. even though I had the standard room. But it was nothing short of a little sanctuary with many beautiful art pieces..how sublime!!! The food..oh my.. it's outstanding.. so fresh with all the top source ingredients. I loved to sat at the terrace, enjoying my dinner and the moonlight. Now comes to a picnic day. Teji..He took for a walk up to the forest..he cooked the most delicious barbeque for me..there was bunches of cushions and lovely sitting with rug and fancy picnic basket. I would recommend to everyone to have this experience. It's a million stars experience.. go for it and thanks me later. If ones carving for any exotic food.. discuss with Teji.. He will make some magic!! I would like to mention Ajay and his team. They were very helpful and promt for my all requirements. And my star.. Teji.. you have got a place in my heart.

It took us to a very narrow road and tempo got stuck. Tempo traveller owner charged me 10000k for the damanges to the Tempo traveller body. After calling hotel property also they did not guide the driver correctly. after roaming around for 1hour we asked them to send some person to guide us to the hotel. very bad and traumatic experience at night 10pm in this hills. charging premium but rooms not having tata sky subscription. when requested, they simply ignored the request. after facing such trauma at night, we did not have enery to follow up for tata sky subscription. the window in the room does not close completely. throughout the night we had to experience cold air from outside. that caused me catch cold and headache. I cannot imagine an experience like that. please waive off, all room charges for the very trauma and bad experience.

Great experience at this property a fully luxurious stay and quality of food and a very beautiful scenery.

The property does not look like much until you enter your room and see the fab view of the mountains and the sky! The food was amazingingly authentic. you can sit next to the window and soak the sunlight and breathe in the fresh air while enjoying the amazing mountain view and listening to the birds. Enjoyed a lovely live music night during my stay!

there are no amenities inside the property to spend time. Nothing is operational. No play area and we just have to sit inside the room. The spa is also not working. Over priced and hyped

It was all amazing, the service, the chef, the view, the hospitality... you name it !! The staff was fantastic the way they helped us to setup a separate table for a private dinner.
