Tree of Life Highlands, Mussoorie

Location was excellent giving beautiful sunrise and mountain views. Staff was courteous. They gave customised food as well.

it was a pleasant stay in the hotel. the staff are very helpful and polite. hotel is situated in a narrow lane but its worth to stay there. the surroundings are full of nature and the bonus element is to see the sun rise from your balcony.

Our stay at Tree of Life Highlands was comfortable and pleasant. The staff at the property was very welcoming. They made our birthday celebration special with room decoration and a complimentary cake. A highly recommended property.

this is a 2 star property. except for the views nothing was good. Don't go by the name of IHCL. access to this place is difficult if you are driving and will have to follow the staff instructions to reach Please book other properties as this is far away from mall road and other amenitie

View from the room and hotel was excellent. Room was nice and clean. Food and Breakfast was very average. Staff is helpful and friendly. Access to the property is poor through a series of very narrow lanes and difficult to reach by car. Mall road is 20-30 mins walk away.

I would say hospitality is good. Staff is polite and understanding and believe me, every facility is there. I had the best room and best service.

Location is the best thing about the property. Though a bit tricky to approach because of narrow hilly lanes and google map confusions. Food is average. Amenities are just okay. Services need to be worked upon. We got bug bites in bed which was too bad.

Rooms are Non-AC, Mineral water not provided, things aren't transparent, No-where its mentioned that room doesn't have AC, there is No-Transparency I found property on top of that customer care is also non-supportive.

The hotel is amazing, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a beautiful spot that offers 360 degree view of the entire city. The room was quite spacious and amenities were spot on. Staff was very cooperative and they sent us a clear guide to reach the hotel. They have an on-site restaurant and the food was great. We had multiple breakfast options. Overall my stay was amazing and very peaceful.

I think the star ratings are completely misleading. This property is pretty avg and would not rate is more than 3 stars. Its old with very basic amenities. Even the food was just ok. Nothing great. for this price you can find much better value foe money places. Would not recommend

Well maintained property, location wise excellent, amenities and services are good but need improvement in food quality and taste.

Awesome View and Service by Tree of life. The only thing I would like to call out is the food. It was average in taste but overall experience was amazing.
