Hotel policy is horrible & they are looking for money only

I booked hotel from 17 .03.25 to 21.03.25. But due to some medical emergency I returned home on 20.03.25 & I tried to modify my booking but there was no options in app. Then I called MakeMyTrip & they told that I need to submit medical documents as supporting. My father was ill so I returned back & that is very simple. Why should I share the medical documents for that. i intimated the same prior 2 days which was sufficient I think. But I did not get the refund of 1 day.

Compared to other treebo hotels, ACYS is not up to the mark. The room smells really bad. Shower water was dirty for the first few minutes.TV was not working.

Stayed for 3 days. It was a pleasant stay. Good hygiene. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Well maintained. Neatly kept. Room service was available 24x7. Restaurant and breakfast was good. Staffs were very welcoming. Had a nice and comfortable stay overall.
