Treebo Ambassador

Hotel is good. Majority of Staff are excellent. Location is good, however, locality is not great. Staff behaviour in general is great. Some of the front desk staff could learn from other staff how to be more guest friendly - security guard and restaurant / housekeeping staff are exceptional. Truly they made the difference to making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. 🙏🏾

Stay was comfortable as was a solo traveller and opted for single queen bed. Room / toilet was a bit small. Breakfast buffet was not upto the mark as no much variety was offered apart from a loo paratha, omlette, bread n butter and corn flakes with milk and tea. No internet was working. Price was very high compared to expectations hence not value for money.

First and foremost, the staff deserves high praise. They were not only courteous and professional but went out of their way to make sure i felt welcomed and comfortable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any requests i had, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice location right by the sabarmati river. A great place to stay with top notch service. Friendly staff and super clean rooms. A 3 star Treebo Ambassador but gives you an experience of 5 star. Breakfast was delicious too

They have space constraints for parking however managed but food and hospitality is awesome. Their location is also in mid of city and places to visit are nearby so recommended for family and individual s too

In start i dint liked the rooms and wanted to change the Treebo Ambassador but the manager has showed me another room that completely spins me and started liking in there, hospitality is nice and so is staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the (hn. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

Very good property with good location, high cleaning, peaceful atmosphere with good food quality.

The stay was good. The restaurant service can be improved and the restaurant timing can be considered for people with early checkouts.
