The rooms are good but lacking maintenance. The water taps in the basin were broken. Hot water is not available sometimes. Some travel kit necessities were missing in the room. The quality of food is average. The roads near the hotel were in the worst conditions. The area is not well developed. fits ok for a single person short stay but not for family.

I will rate my experience 9 out of 10. The caretaker was so humble and he helped us to order food from outside. It was really memorable stay there. Room was clean entire property was great. The station was already near by the villa. It was great experience. Do visita mango villas 👍🏻

Good hotel for the price

Have stayed there a couple of times. Most rooms are clean. (You can request them to clean, if you find it otherwise) Staff is helpful. Breakfast options are good. Would not suggest people to stay with their families, since there is a lot of smoking that is allowed. Good for male travellers.

Extremely uncooperative staff

coupleEarly checkin was not provided even though the hotel was visibly not completely full on a non holiday weekday. Hotel staff prioritised their early morning 6am sleep rather than assisting hotel guests who had travel-led overnight by at least checking for availability/options. We were bluntly informed by sleepy hotel staff members at around 6am that there was no availability until checkin time of 12 am before going back to sleep. We ended up checking in to another hotel for few hours before checkin time leading to extreme inconvenience. In hindsight it was a mistake from my part to rely on early checkin rather than an additional day booking but expected some sort of cooperation and not the attitude which was received from the staff. Will never make this mistake again.

Pathetic experience.... terrible terrible The time we checked in the room was not good it seemed like someone has used it and We have to change the room.... second room was average and the bathroom was not clean...they gave us used slippers.... cupboard was very very dirty we had to keep the luggage in the room itself.... they didn't sent anyone to clean the bathroom.....i asked for shampoo they gave me shower gel and they said that shampoo and shower gel is same....when we went for breakfast we asked for paratha they said whatever is there on the buffet We have to eat that only..... overall poor service..... poor hotel....also your feedback link is poor it's not working at all
