Terrible Stay

The stay was terrible. Staffs were rude. I had paid booked a deluxe room which wasn’t available when we checked. Still the next day they didn’t provide the Deluxe room. If you ask for plates the waiter ask you to take it to the room. HORRIBLE

This review is for MMT management. You all need to list proper hotel and provide proper reviews so that customers like me are not robbed. This hotel lacks the basic amenities and this when I stayed in a suite. The bathroom seat was broken and while I did highlight it was just temporarily fixed while it needs to be replaced. AC in the sleeping room does not work properly and I mentioned this to the reception people few times and their electrician was coming..from where I do not know since I checked out and no one came. moreover these guys are not even bothered to find out if the concerns were addressed Half of the items list in the food menu is not available since their tandoor is not functioning. so why do you have those items in the list. this was a pathetic experience and I need total refund. Giving you 24 hours for the refund or you can be assured that il not make any bookings from MMT. I travel a lot and even today booked a flight but avoided MMT. call me

Restaurant is located in a prime spot, though the main approach road tends to close after 11, so if you’re coming late you’ll have to enter the area with a slight detour. Hotel is good, breakfast options are simple and tasty. I had some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms as well as Bed. Had to ask for sheet change after facing some rashes in first night. Overall was it was a good experience.

Worst Staff Ever

The room was okay but the staff was terrible. We complained about the AC not working all night but no one came and we had to sleep without any Air conditioning. Same with water bottle after calling the staff atleast 4 to 5 time we got a bottle of water. Truly terrible for the price we paid.

coupleCabana luxe was a good stay. The hotel is situated on the main road in E block GK 1 and is quite near to M block main market. Rooms were clean with basic amenities provided. We had their buffet breakfast which was not too elaborate but sufficient and tasty. Check in and check out were hassle free. We did ask for a late check out but there was no availability of rooms. Overall a comfortable and hassle free stay.
