While the room was nice, the staff service was poor. The breakfast was complimentary and yet we had to wait for 1 hour for it to be delivered. And they even didn’t receive our call when we called to complain.

The room was very dirty, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. They gave us a different room, but that room was also very dirty. In the middle of the night, the hotel staff asked me to park my car on the street because the hotel owner wanted to use my parking spot. I had to leave my car parked on the street for the whole night.

The Location was not correct. i have to struggle to find out property actual location. Property Contact no. shared by make my trip was treebo hotel IVR. called up make my trip 4 times had to wait for online hold about 8-10 min . buy first 3 call the representative told me that , they will call me back. but no response nobody called back. My room was breakfast included but hotel initially agree to provide with toast butter with tea. then I called up treebo hotel they some how arranged Aloo Pratha for breakfast around 8:40 am , & 9 am I have to reach office . I have to rush. very bad experience

I reached late night at the hotel .The main entrance was locked from inside and no one was opening it.No staaf was responding to bell .then called treebo coustomer care after 15 min one of the staffs came to open the door . Now the quality of room was not at all good .The room had damaged wall because of water seapage and was smelling like hell.worst experience !

It was great to stay @ Treebo Corporate Inn Noida. Room was spacious, clean, well decorated with modern amenities. Breakfasts were on time and quality maintained. Got dinner at cheapest rate. Service was good and timely.

My stay at treebo corporate inn was awful. This hotel has no treebo qualities, and is maintained terribly. My room's wall had dampness all over, and the bedding was full of hair. They didn't set up the room before my arrival even though i checked in 3 hours after the standard check-in time, and when i requested for water, toiletaries, toilet paper, etc, they took 1. 5 hours and many requests to provide these. Upon discovering hair in my bedding, when i requested new bedding, it was so full of dust that my whole room got filled with dust as the person was setting it, and i had allergies for both the days of my stay. Moreover, they charged rs. 100 for rs. 40 coca cola, and similarly over-charged me for everything. The staff is fairly rude and incompetent, and everything i asked for either took over half an hour or more to be delivered, or never reached me.
