Stay OK. Food is not up to the mark. seems it is bought from a street vendor, brought to pantry in a shabby manner (came with parcels in a gunny bag) and served. Even cutleries and ambience of pantry is bad.Overall, it's not worth for the money spent.

The room was good and spacious. But overall service is below average. Basic amenities like soap, brush and toothpaste were not available in the room. When i requested them they brought them from outside. plastic glasses are used in the room. Normal glasses are not available and they are not ready to provide also. Breakfast was average and the restaurant area was also not good. They are bringing food from outside. Printed food bill was not available and they are given hand written. over all average experience only

Good Property in hyderabad, we stayed 10 days. Overall nice experience - comfortable stay. Staff was very supportive specially mani very friendly to approach. Rooms are also big enough. Overall rating 4 out of 10.

very bad, first at reception they allot me lower catagory room no exhaust in washroom teribal breakfast with just idli sambhar in main course and banana in the name of fruit no juice as displayed on the room wall menu card. crockery is dirty and third class quality. Rooms are very good and neat, mainly the staff behaviour is very good and the response from them is very swift and check in was very quick, I recommend this hotel and i really want to stay in the same hotel if I visit Hyderabad.
