There is a need to remove the communication among-st the reception team. Yesterday i booked the room for my thakur jee, the name of the chauffeur who stayed there only. The booking was with dinner and breakfast both. This was clear to the staff deputed in the evening. Today when thakur jee was about to leave the staff on duty asked him for the charges of dinner and was not able to hear him. At the end of the discussion, thakur jee connected me with him and i was forced to send him the mail of booking voucher stating terms & conditions. Don’t they have a system to check at their end and not to harass the guest.

Stayed there in may with family. The resort is good if you want to stay near to the forest, away from the crowd and noise. The resort is about 11 kms away from munnar ksrtc stand. You may have to depend on auto/taxi, if you dont have your own vehicle.

Very comfy|good stay|manager was also very helpful. Liked the service as well. It was near to the airport and also the hot water was also there|also rates were really cheap and so it saved a lot of money
