the stay was good but the ac had problems which on fixing by the staff also didn't have much change ...the house help were friendly on requesting they provided facilities ...overall the stay was a 6/10

Poorly maintained

Poorly maintained. Lizard in the room making noise all night. Mosquitoes biting us in an AC room. AC is too difficult to operate. Fan either runs in speed 1 or 5 and makes noise. Washroom had poor maintenance. We checkout one day early and gave feedback for better maintenance

Poor Stay

There were cockroaches in the room. Curtains were not proper. Air-condition was not working properly. Breakfast was not upto the mark and had only 2-3 options . Wifi was not working.

location was good, quiet and peaceful area, by uber in 10 mts can reach all places staff are very helpful very friendly and provided everything after asking but could improve by thoughtfully keeping tea bags, water, spoon, towels without asking stay was clean, beddings were comfortable curtains needed to be fixed up as hooks were broken staff were extremely polite and welcoming, gave all the help we needed promptly with amenities and answered all are questions clearly regarding directions and gave location suggestions based on our requirements. over all the stay was descent, can improve a bit more to make it more comfortable. would give 10/10 for the staff for their politeness, helpfulness, cleanliness and kind behaviour towards guests.

No AC working properly. Shifted two rooms. But no result.They maintain minimum temperature 28 degrees. Only advantage is near Chennai USA Biometrics. No breakfast given as promised.

Not so pleasant experience with Trebo elan

Ok, the only positive is the room is big enough for a family of 4 and ac and TV are working fine. Also the location is convenient close enough for VAC. Now coming to the not so pleasant experience is the rest room attached was smelling very badly and even the smell would impact your room next. And we have seen at least one cockroach roaming in room which was not hygienic at all with kids around. Also food option was very limited (no resturant) and breakfast was served from outside only. Room service was not so prompt as we did not even asked for the extra bed that was paid for while booking. So the situation can be improved with quality pest control and better room service along with checking on restroom cleaness.

Very nice stay for the area

Great place for visa appointment candidates. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is good and helpful. Food is not available at the property, only breakfast. The breakfast menu was very small, and I saw some cockroaches near the food. That's why I am only giving 4/5. I will definitely stay there again.

The bed sheets were not washed or was used s as no mot changed, place is not clean, not able to eat anything from there. It is kind of a local hotel. Next time book a better hi-tel hotel based on review. Reviews are also fake now a days.

Cons: rooms are suffocating, place i was leaving had the cigarette smoke smell. There were no water bottle or sanity kit(brush for paste. Seems many cockroaches in the room. Break fast is average.

Terrible Stay

I made a call prior to check in, the phone attender didnot show the patieance to answer my questions and disconnected the call. Its a home stay and did not have a quality of a hotel. No higienic bed and its itching and bathroom are not cleaned and smelly. Ac has no enough cooling, single bed has not enough room to stretch my body comfortably.
