Treebo Fourth Avenue is a good business hotel fit for solo and adult travellers. The hotel is easily accessible and located in the busy 4th Avenue of Anna Nagar in a commercial area surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel has good basic amenities such as clean toilet with hot showers, nice bed linen, clean Towel, AC, TV with local channels, intercom, 1L water bottle and kettle to make your own tea/coffee. A sofa, stool and small table is available with mirror on the wall and a wardrobe to store personal belongings. Dental kit is provided in demand The hotel provides hygienic South Indian breakfast upstairs bought from outside. The staff are friendly and supportive. However, no hand towel or tissue is provided. This is good value for money. I will return again in future.

The hotel’s location is spot on; really centrally located on the Shanti Nagar Colony road. Quite a few good eateries around. The complementary breakfast, though limited, is good. The room could be better lit. Also would suggest they remove the curtains in the bathroom; the wet curtains make the bathroom smell. It would have been nice if they provided toiletries.

Rooms are small but very clean. So is the washroom. Staffs are very polite, prompt and helpful. Breakfast buffet needs more items. Overall, a very good place to stay for 2-3 days trip.
